OfficeMax — Attraction in Minot

Ordered business cards postcards and magnets and magnets didn’t stick had the pdf’s I paid for wrong and didn’t send update before printing and rude customer service! Mumble comments under their breath back and forth! Then their supervisor Hung up on me then hers lied for and said she put me on hold but never called back and just went home so I was made to believe they would be 2-3 days 4 days later I’m playing email tag answering questions I answered at first meeting and no one has leadership cause they all passed the blame on some one no one would! I will never go there again and I have receipts I just bought a business was setting up office and have spent 9,000 at least at their store and I sit here with no magnets free 500 postcards that were wrong and a thousand business cards that were wrong like having ….ask about our referral program…….turned into…..ask about our referrals rewards…….3 magnets that were wrong and didn’t even stick!!! And then tried to sell me door hangers I wanted made and I had a cart full and needed to buy 4 personal rubber stamps!!!! I put it all back on the shelf and walked out and will never go there again or recommend then to enemies SOOOOO unprofessional! Wish there...

I had a sign made at this store in Minot. When i stopped to pick it up, it was an hour early for the promised time( that is the reason for the one star). The woman who did the project for me was wiping off her work section and computer keyboard one key at a time. She doesnt a knowledge I am even in the building. The other woman checking people out gets to me and then the first woman says that "it will be done by six". She then goes over and starts to work on it since now she has 45 minutes left. I get the sign which is essentially a sticker over some corrugated board and it is not even on the corrugated tight. I specifically said in the order that it was an order for outside use. Now I have a 43.00 sign with big air bubbles in it that I cant get out. Luckily for me, there are other printers around that do quality work and I will fo there...

I am normally happy with OfficeMax but that day was a total waste of almost 20 min. I was having four copies made & wanted them laminated for our office. When she finally brought over the 4 copies there was a line through half the page. She looked at my main copy to see of it was our fault and could not find anything. Then she asked if I wanted them remade. I said yes she then told me I would have to pay more because she used the last of the laminate on those 4 copies and I would have to buy the more expensive one. I said no thank you and she seemed annoyed with me and just put the copies in a recycling bag and turned around. I felt she should have discounted the laminate then because it wasn't my fault she used up the last of it without checking the copies. If I could give them no stars I would but I...
