We were treated rudely by one of the staff members when we walked in. We normally go to a different location and they have a person that checks you in if you purchased tickets on your phone. I saw a scanner on the concession stand and walked up with my phone but prior to saying anything the employee flicked the scanner and said "what you don't know where to go and how to find your seats?" He flicked the scanner again, shook his head and yelled "just go, you can find your own way." He gave a slew of other half sentences which were incoherent. Yes, they were busy but it was obvious this individual can't handle stress well and just lashed out on me. The Aliso location is much better and they have a more streamlined process for checking in. No more or less expensive than other theaters I've been to. Which is why it's such a surprise to walk in and see cushioned seats that recline.

They also must have wizards on staff or something because every time I've been it's always clean. Both the theaters and the bathrooms.

The staff is also very kind and relaxed when going in and are very helpful and knowledgeable.

It's important to note that since... I think the pandemic (not sure) they don't seem to use the front area anymore and you have to walk inside to buy tickets. At least that's how its been each time I've gone. Not a big deal but it might baffle someone who has never been to this...

I went with my little sister to watch 5nights at Freddy’s 40 min I to the movie bunch of young teenage boys being loud and annoying jumping and stomping through the movie. I quickly walked out and a young man who wear glasses forgot his name but he did great in helping me get 2 managers to handle the situation. After I was able to enjoy my movie and manager also gaved me a free film for any next movie!! Great customer service manger name is Ryan he did great along with an another team member he did great at telling those teenage boys to be respectful during showtime!!
