You’ve got to post the hours you’re going to operate on your online information, or leave notices about it at the door ahead of time or you’ll look like a jerk when you complain to people as they complete a shortened trip to the store that they took effort and paid to make… Great service in general but I feel that was rude, holiday or not The hours show nothing unusual when I look at them online and the manager was a complete jerk about hustling me out of the store I confirmed online the hours were normal (showed open and no different schedule) I show up at 545 to shop and hear the notice that the store is closing I’ve got a handicapped knee and needed my groceries, and was only a few minutes after 6, and around 20 feet from the checkout line when the manager starts complaining to me that the store is closed and I’m literally just trying to grab a bag of dog food and check out and the amount of time the guy spent complaining at me and trying to imply it was my fault or that I’m wildly out of line for finishing my shopping tells me that the management structure there needs to focus employees on customer outcomes because that was terrible customer service I wasn’t able to request credit for a reflective food product I’d bought the day before, and my experience at the store wont be one I’ll forget, as typically the staff are very nice and I don’t usually see this manager at night Usually I ride my bike to the store but I can barely walk right now and was clearly limping heavily as I did my shopping and I had to pay for transport, based on seeing the regular hours online Included is a picture of the online store front, as I saw it before coming to the store, and just after the manager rudely walked me out of the store As i left, multiple other people and cars were piling in to try to shop, just after 6pm, which if it’s online is understandable but it’s unnecessary to be rude to a handicapped person who obviously is trying to complete a trip they are...

Read moreThe two stars are for the folks involved in my checkout. The cashier (i cannot recall her name) and the bagging clerk, Logan, were great. Both were fun, funny, and personable. Thank you. My usual go-to place is under construction and the sounds/smells trigger migraines. I decided to stop at FM on my way home. I really don't understand the ridiculously high prices. I stopped for coffee and some raw sugar. I drink Boyd's Coffee. A lot of the time it is on sale at my market of choice so I pay between 6.99 and 7.99 for a bag. Regular price is 9.99. Roughly a mile and a half down the road at FM, it is over $13.00. Seriously??? I don't go here often but every time I have been, the produce section smells funky AF. Today there was a large bin of rotting cantaloupe. Not only did it smell terrible but I've never seen more fruit flies in my lifetime. I am sorry i stopped here. It won't...
