Priceless Treasures Thrift Shp — Attraction in Modesto

So yesterday I went in to get a silk scarf for my dress...couple minutes later I decided to get a new outfit somewhere else so about an hour later I decided to return the scarf since i no longer needed it. My boyfriend went in and asked for a refund the manager said because we no longer wanted it they can't do a refund. But still yet asked my boyfriend if he even had a receipt? Like if it mattered when she had already stated that they can't do a refund...as if she was implying something. Either way it was a dumb reason why not to get a refund. Or she could've at least let me trade my scarf for a different one. Since I no longer needed it that specific scarf to match my dress. I believe it was bad service. I will never shop...

I'd give 5 stars if the cashier Peter wasn't so very rude. He also overcharged me for a few pairs of earrings, and he was so nasty already that I didn't say anything. Which isn't like me at all. This store is the most clean, organized, reasonably priced and well-stocked thrift store in all of Modesto! I got a beatiful winter coat for just $10. They have a bunch of sales on the already very affordable items. I had a ball looking through it all, and the other staff were friendly enough to make up for the one bad egg. Update 2025: I do wish they didn't use regular tape on some items. They end up getting damaged. Make sure you're getting the discount for the weekly discounts. Numerous of items I end up paying full price and not receive a discount for the items that are supposed to be on sale.

2024: Love coming here. It's a bit on the pricey side, but you'll find great stuff. The staff is always greeting you when you enter. There's also discounts to take advantage. It's clean too! Which is hard to say for other...
