After getting my Pixel 9a screen replaced at your location, I’ve noticed several issues: – The fingerprint scanner no longer works. But u gave me 10 dollars discount for that. – The display shows washed out or altered colors, especially in darker tones. For my opinion – Diagnostic apps (e.g. Device Info HW) report the screen as panel-google-tg4c_2d408004, which is not the original Samsung panel used in Pixel 9a devices. This strongly suggests a non-original or aftermarket display was installed. I was never informed that the replacement part would be non-OEM, and this has clearly affected the phone’s performance and biometric features. Please clarify: – Was an original Samsung OLED panel installed? – If not, why wasn’t I notified about this beforehand? You told me it’s 100% original I’d appreciate a clear answer and a resolution. I trusted your service based on your reputation, and this is a serious concern. I guess you should give me just my money back I've confirmed through ADB and low-level analysis that the fingerprint sensor is still physically present (goodix_fingerprint) and the OS detects it. That means your screen is not allowing the sensor to work — likely due to being non-OEM. Blaming GrapheneOS is not acceptable, since calibration for fingerprint works on hardware level with original screens and is not blocked by the OS. Please either replace the screen with an OEM version or refund the service, as the current one breaks advertised functionality. So I demand full refund to my debit card

Needed to get two PS5 Edge controllers fixed for stick drift and came out of the experience today with one controller fixed. For so called experts in the field, I'm surprised that none of your technicians know about the free online Gamepad Tester that allows you to see if stick drift is fixed. The Black PS5 Edge controller I got back is fixed while the White PS5 Edge controller remains broken and somehow both sticks are now drifting when before it was just one. Any value on the Gamepad Tester that is continually pulling in one direction and is above .003 or .01 will cause noticeable stick drift. If anything I'd just like a refund for the one controller or an actual timely fix on it since it's been 2 weeks since I've dropped them off. The good thing I will say about this place is that their staff is very nice and friendly. For the most part they do know a lot about issues that can happen with the technology that is being repaired. I went to this location and they even informed me that a soldering technician is not at this location but that they could mail the controllers to the location with the proper location and I could still pick up my controllers where I dropped them off.

brought my iPhone 12 for a screen replacement after I broke my screen. They replaced it with an aftermarket screen, after a month of use my screen started glitching and freezing to the point my phone was unusable. Didn’t have a working phone for 2 weeks because of part availability. Once parts arrived got my screen replaced again, under warranty. It’s been another month since having this issue and the new replacement screen has the same issues as the previous one I had. On top of all this, they also scratched the sides of my phone to bare aluminum in repairs. communication with customer is also poor, they never let you know when parts are available or your device is ready for pickup.

If I could give a zero star rating…i would. I brought my phone in on the 3rd at 10am to get the back glass fixed. I was told he had the back glass for it in the back and he’d get started on it. I was handed a receipt after dropping it off saying the estimated pick up time was “1/3/24 5:49pm”. Because of that I was atleast expecting my phone to be done that day? After calling and asking I was told 24-48 hours. So I waited 48 hours and still heard nothing from them. I then contacted them through the website and was told “the back glass order hasn’t been delivered yet” okay then why was i told he had it in the back? The next day I still haven’t heard anything so my mom and i went into the store. The girl went into the back and sat back there for 10 minutes “talking/asking” the guy about my phone. We could hear her mumbling saying “should i just say sorry…” she comes back and says”the back of your phone is already off and we’ve been working on it since you dropped it off, it will be done by the am so call or come in first thing!” So the next morning I go in around 11:30 and I am told my phone still isn’t done…now I am going out of town the next day and need my phone for business. He states that it will be done by 3 and to come and pick it up then. I go back around 3 and it’s done but I am told my SIM card just magically isn’t working now?? “i put someone else’s t-mobile sim card in and it worked. you just need to get a new one” Right. So i go right to t-mobile to trade my phone in and end up having to order one bc they don’t have any in stock so i ask about the SIM card. He puts a new one in and says “yea whoever fixed your phone must’ve broke it because none of these are working”. He also notices that the camera has a small gash in it. Not only was I lied to multiple times about when my phone would be done. But also lied to about my SIM card “just needing to be changed” I highly recommend to go somewhere else. This place is...

OK, I called yesterday as they were closing and was quoted a price for repair of a broken screen over the phone. I told them I would come in in the morning for the repair. I got there today shortly after they opened (10:15am) and talked to the tech and was quoted a higher price, not a big deal since they need to see what was wrong before they could make an accurate assessment. I tell him to proceed with the repair and he says it should take about 2.5 hours and they will call when done. 2.5hrs goes by and I dont hear anything, again not a big deal. 5.5 hours (3:55pm) later I still dont hear from them so I call and the tech says, "Im just finishing it come by in 30 mins it will be done." I get there 30 mins later (4:25pm) and it still isnt done. Tech says, "Be done in about 15 mins"....ok, I tell him I will be back. Get back 30 mins later (4:55pm) and its still not done. Different tech says "Its done but its failing some tests, if it still fails we will reassemble phone and give it back at no cost." Almost 1 hour later they return phone to me not repaired. Not a huge deal but a complete waste of my time. So the screen is still broken but now its broken more than it was. The phone still worked (able to make calls and send texts/emails with Google assistant) when I brought it in to them but now it wont work because THEY DID NOT REINSTALL THE SIM CARD!!!!! Very disappointed and frustrated......I should have just gone to my carrier in...
