My wife picked up a used like new T-Mobile phone Galaxy S9 we showed up Monday around 5 p.m. May 3rd 2021 the young man in there what's on his own personal phone talking to who knows who not a customer and when I ask him questions he just nodded his head and when he wasn't on the phone he just turned around who was singing is music allowed that was on the speakers above then a young lady came out and was very basic help transferring data from my wife's old phone to her new she couldn't find downloads she couldn't transfer games and again the other young man showed no effort to help we did get our photos text messages and phone numbers that's about it I left my wife stayed for help but she never received and when she got home I said was it just me or was that young man very rude she said nope not to see you he's rude T-Mobile should do a better job training can just blaming the new generation and accepting that...

Unfortunately the in stop experience was disappointing to say the least. She showed up, the lady inside was rude, acted bothered and told my fiance that there’s nothing they can do. She called me very frustrated and expressed to me how poor this interaction was.
Again, I was told directly over the phone this could be taken care of and is no issue. My fiance went to another store 20 minutes further and they helped her with what was needed. It is very clear that my fiancé was lied to because the issue was resolved at another store nearby.
This location is closest to our home but we will not longer go here after that interaction. Thankfully the other store was better and we ended up purchasing...
Read moreMy daughter and I were in the facility on 12-18-2022 and Penny who is an absolute outstanding employee took great care of us. My son passed away 6 years ago and there were pictures on my phone that could never be replaced.; Penny assured me that she would make sure that they were transferred to my new phone (and she did)! This woman greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door, and she acknowledged us which is so important when you walk into any business. I just want to say that she is a HUGE asset to the T-Mobile Company, and you need more employees like her.
