Panda Express — Restaurant in Mokena

I am a regular at Panda Express, and I absolutely love their food!

However, I have encountered a recurring issue with the fortune cookies during my recent visits. On multiple occasions within the last few months, the fortune cookies have either been empty, with no fortune inside, or Panda Express has run out of fortune cookies entirely. While this might seem like a small matter, it does impact the overall dining experience.

Nonetheless, I want to emphasize that this issue hasn't deterred me from enjoying the fantastic food they serve. The orange chicken and chow mein are consistently satisfying, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

I hope Panda Express can address the matter of the fortune cookies, as it adds a delightful touch to the end of the meal. Despite this minor hiccup, I will continue to be a loyal customer because the food and service at Panda Express remain top-notch.

I'll let the photo do most of the explaining... I ordered panda express today around 545pm through Uber Eats and I got a plate with one of my entrees as Broccoli beef. I was a bit hesitant because all the Panda's are pretty cheap about putting a lot of beef especially when it's delivery and you're not eye balling the employees to put more beef but this one was just ridiculous. I got all broccoli and 1 very tiny piece of beef. This isn't the only time this panda express in Mokena has disappointed me though. It gets old coming to a restaurant that never has the food ready and you have to wait every time you go there. This happens every time I visit this Panda Express and to avoid the high times on their drive thru they have you pull around and sit in the front of the restaurant to wait for your food rather than at the window. I am sure this avoids them receiving reprimands from corporate on the drive thru times being too high. I am not one to complain, because I recognize restaurants can get busy and these things happen.
