This place is not the place to go for used furniture. I usually have no issues with buying mattress sets from this location since it's been around for years. It's always included box spring ,mattress, and Railings ...everytime I purchased Period .Which was verified with Michelle the week prior. I go to purchase them for almost $200 only to be told by my sister that the railings were not included. Yet you give my sister a mattress that has a massive brown stain across one mattress, the other has a slit across the top portion of the twin ...clearly they can't tell between box springs ( which were tore up)and gave us ones with different measurements. This place is unprofessional as well as the managements behavior thinking she's right about everything .Don't sell any of your furniture if it looks like it should go to the dumpster you all should be ashamed ...I would recommend going to habitat...
Read moreI agree with the gentleman Mathew who had an issue with the brunette because she was rude to me as well. I tried to purchase a walker for my disabled mother and one side of it did not want to fold shut so I asked her if she could give me a discount since it was malfunctioning and she grabbed the walker from me and said the price is final and if I didn't like it then go somewhere else. I showed her where I was having trouble folding the walker and in my opinion there was absolutely no reason to be rude and jerk things out of my hands. She doesn't need to be working with the public especially at a place that is supposed to represent Christians. I paid for the malfunctioned walker out of desperation but there was no reason for the rudeness. NEVER treat people like they're stupid or NEVER treat people with disrespect! Walked out in tears. Come on gals you...

My parents were one of the 1st members of Hot Line to God that started the homeless shelter and the resale store. This is a great place to shop and goes to a great cause, but no one wears mask and social distancing is all but impossible. The way that the store is set up, you get boxed in and can't keep your distance. The one time I saw a cashier wearing a mask, it was around her chin and not covering her face. Wearing a mask is not political, it just means you dont want to spread covid 19 to someone who has a greater chance of dying from it. Regretfully I will not be back until the pandemic is over or until they are willing to help protect our more...
