Recently stopped by TH while the Franchisee was also there. To be very clear - this 2 star review is not about the workers or the food, but because of his very obvious lackadaisical approach. His workers had a line stacked out to the road, and a line five or six people long in the store. As he yukked it up with his friends drinking in the Cafe, his employees were short staffed and frantically trying to push food and orders out. He finally came back behind the counter to help and acted as though he was saving them with this grand gesture of solidarity. His first customer was a deaf woman. I've never seen someone handle a person with a disability so poorly, to the point the people in line behind her had to assist. He just kept that plastic, fake, snake oil salesman smile and chuckle, while the woman struggled to be understood until she finally just gave up and took pictures of what she wanted (everyone in line was telling him but he just kept laughing) . He was absolutely useless in helping these people, and having worked as a DM of a similar franchise, I can tell you this man has no business owning a restaurant. He pulled his baker to run a register, who had no experience doing so. This man is a joke, and I'm sure wonders why "no one wants to work". I highly suggest reading up on servant leadership, increase your employee wages and going back to...

Read moreI’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, but the manager would rather start upcharging us for our drink incorrectly. I even watched her come over and change it on the screen. A double espresso with added chocolate flavoring isn’t a latte. I was a barista for 3 days and can tell you that. That’s just bitter and unnecessary. Even when we added a small amount of milk to the espresso that at most would be considered a cortado, not a latte.. we were fine paying the upcharge for the milk but to try to double that upcharge when the small drink isn’t even full? Makes no sense. When we noticed they decided to upcharge us as a latte we decided we would get the drink without any milk, therefore no upcharge and no confusion on it being a latte or not. And today they decide to argue with me that it’s a latte and they would charge me as such.. even tho there is no milk in the drink. I shouldn’t have to argue with the staff about what my drink is and isn’t at that point when I’ve been ordering it for months. No longer purchasing from this store, we’d rather drive miles away to the next Tim Hortons or just not visit this business in this area altogether. It seems this place/manager has horrible reviews already and I...
