Late November of 2017 we bought a washer/ dryer combo. The dryer worked less than a week.Took it back and after keeping it a week, claimed to have fixed it. The dryer lasted less than a day. We took this dryer back to get our money back. The receipt states four month warranty, however the owner Fransy Rodriguez told me their policy is only after one month can you receive a refund. This is not in print, not on the receipt or on the walls. Nowhere does this policy exist in print. She would only give me a refund after I threatened legal action. Then she CURSED the money! She laid an actual curse on the money! After clarifying that is what she said, she continued by telling me God saw all that we did, and who we were. Just wanting my money back and away from this person, not her view of what God is doing for her benefit. If you decide to shop there, bring your own Shaman, Witch, or Priest. She might throw a...

I bought a Whirlpool washer July 28 and it was delivered next day. Worked fine for one week and stopped agitaing and completing the wash cycle. The store repair guy took machine and brought a replacement because it would cost too much to fix, he said. I put in a load as soon as he left. Returned to my flooded laundry room and slipped and fell. Nothing broke, fortunately but sore for a week. Immediately, called the guy to come back, clean up the mess and fix the washer. He took it and returned next day with the washer. Now it is not agitating and completing the wash cycle. I have to manually do it. The store owner won't take it back and refund me because the original washer warranty has expired. The replacement washer is not under warranty....

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I recently bought a fridge from here and in less than a week the fridge stopped working. I was told there was a 30 day warranty on it and when I went to see if I could get it replaced I was told that they had to come to my house to see if it could get fixed, I asked if I could return it and asked for my money back and they refused to refund me my money. I asked to get someone to come to my house today because my food was going bad and I don’t have anywhere else to store it and the women there told me that she did not have time for me and that I had to wait 24-48 hours before anyone could come to my house.
