This place is difficult to shop at. First the prices appear to be marked up, just to be marked down. You have to ask everyone how too figure the prices. My wife found a clutch and the woman said it was 50% + 10% + 20% and gave us a price. When we checked out the woman at the cash register said it was only 50% + 10%, and not the 20% additional. So we again asked another person who said no it is 50 10 and 20. The woman at the register said no ... so we left... I wouldn't way bait and switch but if the help can't understand the pricing maybe the promotion is to difficult. Went to coach, piece of cake. Will probably go back after the holidays and get the clutch if they can ever figure out how to honor the pricing that at least the majority of the people working there seem to understand. ...

Kimberly was amazing!! She was a great sales associate! She met all my needs and went ABOVE AND BEYOND making sure I was comfortable with my choice and weighed out all my options!! …however, I had to go back for an exchange and the manager Brianna had the nastiest attitude, she made smart remarks and implied to the other worker that my husband wasn’t in the military her exact words.. she had very rude and derogatory gestures and it was unpleasant and very unwelcoming. Best. Customer. Service. EVER. I visited the store twice, first visit to buy a purse and shoes and second visit for an exchange. Both times I experienced incredible customer service. Getting more sizes, suggesting different styles, helping me decide, etc. I'll definitely return! Thank you! Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the selection.
