Apparently, EA took over Cagle's repair service. What a (negative) difference. First of all, this company's communication skills are really lacking. Repair person came out to fix large burner on a GE stovetop. After trying everything, told us we needed a whole new burner, about $175+installation. Said they had to order part. When I finally called them to find out what was going on, I was told they could not get part-- that I had to buy one on the internet from a 3rd-party vendor+they would install it. Btw, I had paid the service-call fee. After the part number they gave me didn't match anything on the internet, I called a different, big-name, repair service. The guy fixed it in about 5 minutes. Works perfectly. In our opinion, these people are not trustworthy. And, the new guy didn't charge us the "repair" fee -- just the "diagnostic" fee. Saved us over $100. Good luck if you call on...

To my surprise, the sales person, a young lady was most welcoming and educated me on the different units in stock and their features and price points. At no time did I feel the pressure on being up sold to a more expensive unit. She was being a professional sales person answering questions with transparency which I appreciated. They were able to fit me in to deliver the very next day. I will certainly purchase another major appliance from this small business as I believe in supporting local small businesses especially when they execute outstanding customer service. Just a quick note, they have a temporary banner store sign so it is easy to overlook as you are passing by but they are located right next door to MetroPCS. Read moreReferred to them by Cagles. Called them to fix LG ice maker dispenser and GE oven not heating. Tech came and fixed the ice maker (charged $150 labor plus part) and without opening the oven said he needs to go get a part, a fuse and will come back. He never came back. I waited and waited and I called the office 4x times over the last 4 weeks to inquire what's up, they said they need to talk to tech and will call me back each time, NOT ONE CALL BACK and finally, yesterday, I demanded a status, and finally talked to the tech and he said, I would have to be the one to call GE to find the part and now he said it is the board. What? I have to do the research? No info whether it's fixable, expensive nor any recommendation if I should just replace. I have to personally call GE myself?
