As soon as the guests arrived at the store, they found that the desktop in the room was sticky, the bathroom floor, especially around the toilet, was stained and smelly. I stayed at the Lincoln Hotel for four nights. The first two nights, the washbasin was a bit clogged and the drainage was not smooth. Sometimes I didn’t use the washbasin, but found debris at the bottom of the washbasin. I didn’t know what was going on at the time. In the last two nights, the washbasin was poured back and I realized that there was garbage at the bottom of the washbasin, which was left after the dirty water from the backwash faded away. When pouring back, the dirty water overflows the basin and flows down the sink. Immediately using a trash can to pick it up and using a floor towel to stop it still can't resist, and the dirty water still soaks the carpet in the passage outside the bathroom. The washbasin was overflowing with dirty water, which seriously affected my washing and using the bathroom. I was very unhappy! Very dissatisfied! On the evening of January 14th, the guest personally reported the situation to the front desk, and the male staff on duty also sent staff to the room to take pictures and leave evidence. Later, on January 15th (female staff on duty) and January 20th (male staff on duty), I personally went to the front desk to complain to the above-mentioned male and female staff, and left their contact phone numbers. They said they would report this situation upwards, but so far Lincoln The hotel still failed to face up to its own problems, and has not contacted the guests to understand and deal with the matter. Lincoln Hotel cannot provide guests with a comfortable accommodation environment. It is a hotel with poor sanitation, poor facilities, and even worse attitude! 😡😠
