If I could give them zero stars I would!! Bought my laptop here 6 months ago and it sustained damage. I took it to Geek Squad for a repair estimate. They stated that it would be sent off for an estimate and that I would not be charged for the diagnostic as it was under the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer called to say that to repair the laptop would be more than what I paid for it. When I went to pick it up at Geek Squad, they wanted to charge me a $90 diagnostic fee! It’s a real problem you have to make an appointment just to drop something off. I don’t want to work on it I just wanna check in and drop it off have him call me tell me what it needs to get fixed on their timetable. Is that asking too much?
