Its really too bad that yelp doesn't let you chose 0 stars as an option because it would be really helpful for this review. We were so excited to take out, kids here for the first time and when we got there we were extremely disappointed. When you first walk in, there's only 2 computers to register at which we got to stand in line for almost 30 mins for. After filling out our registration, we stand in line to pay for our kids to jump. It comes out to roughly $50 for 1 hour. I mentioned a coupon that was available online and the kid had no idea what I was talking about which was annoying but whatever....After paying, were hearded like cattle over to this abandoned looking area with like 3 sets of cubbies and looking further back down the end of the building what looks like what used to be an arcade but now a sad dumping ground for old games that dont work. So our kids put their $4 socks on and take off. As im following them, I realized I needed to run out to my car for something and come back to find them and I just walk right in. It blew my mind that there was ZERO security or wrist bands or anything indicating that I was someone's parent and already paid which then pissed me off that I actually paid instead of just walking in since that was clearly allowed. What realllllllly concerns me is the fact ANYONE can just walk right in and snatch someone's kid! Again, ZERO security watching for people coming in and or leaving. Shame on you Get Air. That SHOULD BE TOP PRIORITY! I really want to pull my Karen card and speak to someone higher up about that. I didn't feel safe taking my eyes off my kids for 1 second bc of that unfortunate fact. After about an hour, my kids are dying of thirst of course so I brace myself to find a snack bar and spend $10-$12 dollars on a simple drink for them but to my surprise, THERES NO SNACK BAR. NOTHNG. NADA. ZIP. There are however empty vending machines conveniently located in the abandoned cubby/empty arcade graveyard area. So that was kind of Get Air to provide. Thanks for that. Not to mention, ZERO NADA ZIP soap in the bathroom. And empty hand sanitizer dispensers attached to pillars around the place. Which then leads me to think, every single person walking around in this building, hasn't washed their hands after using the bathroom INCLUDING STAFF. GROSS.....and my kids are literally swimming in a pit of foam full of germs. COOL. This place is DISGUSTING and after the no soap incident, I walked up to the counter where I paid and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't 1 available to me but they'll let someone know about the no soap. Thanks kid with no name tag so I can't even name drop here. I will NEVER come back, allow my kids to come back and will let everyone know that unless you'd like to fear you're going to end up on a Netflix special where your kids been kidnapped in broad daylight, end up with hepatitis from how dirty it is, have your kids possibly pass out from dehydration because there's ZERO beverages sold there, and spend an arm and a leg while doing all this, DO NOT COME HERE! Im attaching my receipt as proof we did come today, im hoping someone will see this and do the right thing and refund my money. I really wish I would have provided photos of this dump but unfortunately due to my fear someone was going to snatch my kid if I wasn't watching their every move, I...
Read moreLet me begin by acknowledging that the staff was exceptional. The young woman who hosted our party was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout the event. The manager also demonstrated professionalism and care she personally checked in on our group several times and made an effort to address our concerns.
Unfortunately, despite the excellent staff, my one-star rating reflects the condition and overall environment of the facility itself. We purchased the highest-tier party package, including an additional charge for the larger private room. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the room was uncomfortably hot. A small portable air conditioner displayed a temperature of 78°F, and despite notifying our hostess (who confirmed the heat and checked on the central system) the issue persisted. As guests began to arrive, the room became even warmer, leaving many attendees visibly uncomfortable. Several of them chose to spend most of the time in the trampoline area simply to cool off. This was deeply disappointing, as we had paid extra for the upgraded space but were unable to celebrate together in comfort.
In addition, the restrooms were in poor condition—dirty and emitting a strong odor of urine. The trampoline area itself showed significant wear and neglect: some trampoline surfaces had tears, the bounce house was under-inflated to the point that you could feel the floor beneath it, and many of the foam pit blocks were shredded and deteriorating.
Lastly, an unpleasant and unsettling incident occurred when another guest at the facility became verbally aggressive toward my husband without provocation. When I attempted to calmly understand the situation, the individual responded with profanity and hostility. Although I chose not to report this to management in the moment (out of concern for escalating the situation) it nonetheless cast a shadow over our experience and contributed to an overall sense of discomfort and disappointment.
While the staff displayed commendable effort and professionalism, the facility’s poor maintenance, inadequate temperature control, and lack of safety oversight severely diminished what should have been a joyful and memorable...
Read moreI should put three stars due to the way I was approached by management to write a five-star review. Originally, I was going to give four stars. My rating is based on customer service, attentiveness, CLEANLINESS, promptness, and "bang for my buck." Upon arriving at the scheduled time of 4 pm (time slot of 4-6 pm) I walked in two days prior to check out the business that charged $350 for the cheapest package. It was DIRTY! as soon as you walked in, the rooms and bathrooms. The day of the party, 8-10-23 it was still DIRTY! not to mention that I was told by staff that the pizza would be ready 30 minutes after arriving. It got there an hour and thirty minutes later, after I asked where it was. This detailed review was not my intention, but the manager stated that me giving my HONEST opinion after he asked us to write a review was a negative opinion because I didn't agree to give a five-star review because they're under new management. As a business owner myself, I accept all criticism! It is not my duty to encourage consumers, not to be honest. He did NOT want me to write about the CLEANLINESS or lack thereof... my children and their guests had fun, but it is least likely that we will be returning. I do understand that there are children in there daily running all over the place, but the establishment has no excuses for every area being filthy. It was the same; two mornings and an evening. A family member visited the week prior and mentioned the conditions of the establishment, that's what made me want to walk...
