First time ordering on line and picking up at the store. Horrible service by two employees one from picture frame and the online pic up associate both really rude. They provided terrible customer service an FYI learn to ask the right questions customers don’t know what your protocol or software you are using so don’t be rude! The lady helping me could not find my order and automatically assumed that it got sent back as their policy is after 5 days it gets shelf in explaining to her I just got a call yesterday saying my order was ready for pic up so I don’t think that happened. I’m letting her know that I received an email my order was shipped last week or so and she’s like well that’s different. It’s a different system. I didn’t say anything in a rude way for them to be rude back. She should have asked to see my order number and proved to see if it was a shipped since apparently that’s how it works. The other lady from the picture frame didn’t bother to even acknowledge I was standing there for a few min not even will be right with you since she was talking with someone. It wasn’t till I thought maybe you have log your name as the computer in the desk was opened and had a log(other stores have this) so I checked and looked at the screen that’s what when she reacted came at me rudely like I was intruding. She said has so one helped you because that is private it the work schedule plus other rude comments. First you should not ever leave you computer screen open like that if that’s the case. Read moreI have purchased big items there. First a rolling table with drawers and one of the drawers was cracked. I notified Micaelas via email and they replaces it no problem. But when I purchased their 5 drawer cabinet it was missing a side panel. I purchase the last one. When I write Michaels they were friendly and said they would send out the missing part. A couple of weeks later I had not received anything. When I followed up they said they could not send it to me because of its size!!!!!! When was I going to be notified? After several emails they offered me a $25 gift card for a $60 purchase. Poor customer service. They lost...
Read moreGreat store but tbh the workers here (even the store manager/shift managers whatever they wanna be called) are judgemental, rude, should be fired for accusing people of stealing that have done no such thing. Etc. Wouldn't recommend if you look like you just woke up or on the "bummy" side because they will discriminate or treat you as if you're nogood and like your lesser than them. And let's not forget, they can and they will follow you and make annocments about scanning all isle's for absolutely no reason and really just crush your soul if you're far from doing any of the things they think...
