La Surtidora III Cash & Carry, Inc. — Local services in Moreno Valley

Went in to return something I bought 2 days ago and I ended up not needing (party supply). The receipt said as long as it’s unopened and within 5 days I can return it. The cashier that was helping me had to ask what I assume was the manager. She then came back and said I can only get a store credit, but it had to be used today. She said the manager was giving me an “exception”. I was very confused because I told her the receipt said 5 days. She then said the item didn’t qualify as a “party supply”. What does a party banner qualify as then? I ended up just doing an even exchange for another item to which the cashier didn’t even ring up. She just swapped the items. I was highly disappointed with the experience. It should have been an easy return to the original form of payment, according to the time frame of the receipt. Instead I had to go through 3 different people. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Won’t ve shopping...

It was like visiting Willy wonkas place lol. We were touching everything and like big kids all over again we enjoyed everything in this store . Very friendly people who assisted us and nicely displayed goodies for every party needs . I highly recommend this store if you have big events for kids lots to chose from and the hats are awesome I rate it more than 5 stars definitely. My favorite was the cups oh my. Good purchase too...
