I've been here about ten times the food is different every time. I pretty much order the same thing every time which is either lamb korma or lamb tikka masala. One time is good then the very next time it's awful too salty, and this just repeats. Today is the last day I ever buy food from here again. I ordered a chicken dish for my sister and lamb tikka masala for myself with cheese garlic Nan. Both our dishes we found many strands of short hairs (I'll post a picture). This might have been a one time mistake. I called the restaurant to let them know and the guy on the phone was rude and was like Ok like one hair or how many? I was like hairs multiple but even one is gross. He said so what do you want? And I responded can I get a refund except for the cheese Nan because that was ok. And he refused to offer me a refund and said next time I come here just let them know I found hair in my food so they can be careful. Usually the people who work here are nice except for one elderly man (whom I believe I was on the phone with) and one elderly woman. This was awful customer service. I was grossed out by seeing hairs In my food. If I get food poisoning by tonight I'll be visiting them in person for a refund. But what was also weird was not only did we find hairs but we have extremely bad stomach pain after eating this I hope we didn't get food poisoning. I called my doctor about the severe stomach pain shortly after eating this food (which I do not order spicy at all) and he said the symptoms of food poisoning won't show until up to ten hours later which sucks because I...
Read moreI needed to use the restroom in a moment of urgency. I ran into this establishment with the intention of being a paying customer in order to use the restroom and during these covid times i understand the whole public restroom situation. I think every one is entitled to run their business as they seem fit. HOWEVER..if im paying you for your service then doesn't that make me your customer now? The rudest lady ever working the morning shift of 09/29/21 said she would let me buy a soda in order to use the restroom, i agree (because at this point i would have done anything in order to be able to use the restroom) but when i hand over my debit card she scoffed at me and said “im not going to use my card system for your small purchase” and handed back my card and made a hand movement that suggested i leave. I left and walked out into a french little coffee shop next door, where the staff was so kind and empathetic. (I highly highly recommend their hot turkey sandwich or royalty crepe) As a human that has biological needs that i cant control i thought it was a miserable way to treat me and i will never forget how this women made me feel. I dont care how amazing your curry is i will never make even the “smallest”...
Read moreWe went in for dinner on a Friday night. There was one tiny table by the door and 2 tables set for 3 people available. Since the last time I was in, there was a bug on this table (because it's next to the door) and my husband hates sitting next to the door in general since he's prior service and it's a constant influx of people disturbing the meal. One of the servers had given us the option of where to sit so we didn't think it would be a big deal to take a table for 3. The other server told my husband that we couldn't sit there because it's for larger parties... Even though this was the exact table I was out at last time (2 people) when there was an issue. Since they didn't want our business, we decided to leave and go to the Indian cuisine restaurant on Alessandro. It was pretty clear that Curry & Kabob doesn't appreciate their customers with such a simple request and more then enough room to accommodate. We've eaten here many times but won't be back. Customer service goes a long way and my money is better spent somewhere that appreciates...
