Salad House — Attraction in Morristown

After our office ordered from here NUMEROUS TIMES since we came into the area, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service of the woman who answered the phone. I order 1 salad and an order of fries through the website. The order was scheduled to arrive at 1245. Granted I know those times aren't accurate, but once the time was 1:20 i become antsy. I called over to the facility twice and the women who answered the phone immediately brushed me off saying the driver was out and it would be here shortly, without asking who i was or what i ordered. I then asked her to check to make sure they had my order and she said "ill call the driver to see where he is" and hung up. The driver arrived about 10 minutes later. My salad was warm and my fries were soggy and cold. Definitely need to reconsider before ordering...

I am a frequent customer of this restaurant, the food is delicious and of very good quality and the attention of the staff is very excellent, always kind to serve customers, specially Mary she is a person who always treats us with kindness and a cordial smile, same when she takes our orders over the phone, she always tries to make sure everything is perfect, Matt the Manager is always helpful definitely highly recommended. So I'm not agree with some negative reviews, who ever commented about others personality that's mean he/she has problem with own personality, CHECK THE WAY HOW YOU TREAT THE PEOPLE WHO IS SERVING YOUR MEALS WITH HARD WORK plus they are skipping their own meal to make you happy! Instead to be criticizing just thanks them for their hard work!! MAGIC...

I just tried this place for the first time last week, got a wrap that was really good just wish they would of put bigger pieces of chicken in it, but regardless really good. And then today i'm at work and didn't want to drag the two little kids I work with out on this cold, wet, gloomy day. So decided to try their ordering online/delivery. So easy! Was delivered 20 minutes earlier than their estimated delivery time, driver was friendly, food was nice and hot! Ordered chicken fingers/fries (Yummy!) And the Chicken Pastina soup! (SOOO GOOD!) only comment I could possibly have about the soup is to add more chicken, there wasn't much in it. But still LOVE the soup!...
