Salad House

After our office ordered from here NUMEROUS TIMES since we came into the area, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service of the woman who answered the phone. I order 1 salad and an order of fries through the website. The order was scheduled to arrive at 1245. Granted I know those times aren't accurate, but once the time was 1:20 i become antsy. I called over to the facility twice and the women who answered the phone immediately brushed me off saying the driver was out and it would be here shortly, without asking who i was or what i ordered. I then asked her to check to make sure they had my order and she said "ill call the driver to see where he is" and hung up. The driver arrived about 10 minutes later. My salad was warm and my fries were soggy and cold. Definitely need to reconsider before ordering from here again.
