The server was very polite and kind. Just not knowledgable. I saw they had White Sangria on the menu and I asked if they had red sangria. I was told they do. I said I’ll try the white and maybe order the red later. The white sangria came and it was a very light yellow like a lemonade. It had an odd flavor, no fruit, and it definitely didn’t taste like sangria. I mentioned it to our waitress and I said I would like the red sangria instead. She served me a glass of red wine. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was ready to accept it and my husband ordered a side of truffle fries for me. They brought over truffle fries and the manager said it’d usually an extra cost. I tried a regular fry then truffle. DO NOT waste your money. The truffle fries tasted a bit salty and in no way like truffle fries. I was disappointed yet again.

Went to the bar with some friends to watch the NCAA tournament and received a large bar tab and complained about it. My friends had been there earlier and had a table with a separate tab, then they paid cash at the bar after they closed their table tab. I did not have the amount of drinks that I was billed for. Somehow I was charged for way more then I had ordered. I don't know what happened, maybe the bartender double entered orders or got confused when handing my friends their drinks. Everyone was drinking bud light bottles so maybe they got confused. Regardless, I think the whole situation was handled incorrectly and extremely unprofessional. The manager was a real @**hole about the whole thing and allowed a scene to escalate about it and my one friend made me realize it was not worth it so I paid the bill and left. Manager quite possibly was drunk. I sent an email expressing the fact it really bothered me about what transpired and I couldn't even get a response let alone an apology. My friends and I spend a lot of money there every year during the tournament. That will be the last time it happens. It seems like they don't care losing customers. They don't put them first at least the manager did not, he couldn't even respond to my email. I hope the owner sees this and checks his management.
