I called in two day's ahead of time I rquested to make an appointment for two days in advance. The day of the appointment I called in at 6:44pm when my appointment was at 7:30 pm. I had asked when my appointment was and she had stated that I can come in early if I wanted to. I drove 20 minutes out. I was in a good mood and just got off work looking forward to get my nails done and feet done for my aniverary that is this saturday. I got there at 7:10pm. around 7:50pm which was 20 minutres after my appointment I had a nice young lady who started to trim my feet and add water. I chose the most expensive service and I am a very genrour tipper as well. Not even five minites later the lady who is in charge was making the poor girl get up and attend another person. I could see how strssed out she was without saying anything. She had told her to get back to me in 15 minutes while there were only three people for staff and five lady's getting their nails done. This didnt seek fair so I shared my conserns without yelling, wihtout being rude and stated "if you are busy please let me know because I am paying for the most expensive service" the lady in charge said "it's not your turn yet" I stated "it is 7:53pm my appointment was at 7:30 and I got here at 7:10" with that she got quiet. Now I understand that people work hard and I understand that in a work enviorment sometimes thing dont go as planned but if you are booked up let me know so I don't waste my time. Another nice lady came to rubb my feet and resume on my feet I was trying to be partient and give them the beneifit of the doubt because I do not know what hard long day they've had. The nice girl was finished rubbing my feet and trimming my nails. She got up and based on how they moved it look like they were doing a rotation. The girl went to the lady in charge to indicate that it was her turn to come to me and assit me. Now I am not mad that she was assisting someone else but this is what did it for me. The lady in charge got up in a rude way and mean tone in front of her cutomers and emplyees she said "go do her nails, go do her feet, go do everything for her" both the youn ladies who worked there said "but she's doing Gel" that showed that the lady in charge was supposed to do a serive for me for a short time but did not want to with an attitude. The young lady looked streesed and continued to be nice to me. the massage she was doing was supposed to feel good but how could I enjoy myselg wiht such a nasty environment. I told the nice girl to stop and told her the following "it's nothing agianst you, you are doing greast and so did your other coworker but her (pointed to the lady in charge)" I contineued "I have never felt so angry with a service you did great but I am not happy with the service and it's not you, you did great" I gave the nice a girl a $10 tip in cash. I walked up to the lady in charge while she was doing someone's nail's and told her "please charge me fot the massage and trimm but I am not happyn wiht your service" the lady at least did not charge me. I called my friend's and told them about this horrbile experince almost crying becuase my work hour's are from 9:30AM and with hurricane season dealing with mortgage claim's for the mortage company I work for I now ger off at 6:45pm-7:15pm the one time I was able to get an appontiment was wasted and can't take back that time when my anniversy this saturday. Me and my friend's agreed that even on a late walk in from differnt spa's that we have gone to before get the job done with great service. I would have understood if I came super late around closing time I would have understood if I was disrespecful and yelled at her but I asked head of time "let me know if you don't have time" and yes service was given to me after I spoke up but she ruined that little time of relxation and almost felt like a...

I gave 5 starts so it wouldnt fall to the bottom….. PLEASE READ!!!
Every single person who went (3 people: a teen, a work from home, a stay at home mom) … has lost basically every single nail LESS THAN TWO WEEKS later. I realized later she never used a nail dehydrator, just prepped them, so the oils in your nails and hands cause them to lift up. At first i gave the benefit of the doubt for the MANY “theyre all popping off” reviews, but im a stay at home mom and dont do anything strenuous, neither does my teen. SO THEY SHOULD NOT be coming off less than half way to a fill in appoinment. Also did not an THING to my cuticles (didnt even push them back) so they looked awful and i had to do them myself. And when you try to call and get them fixed or taken off, she gets extremely defensive. Or will comment back on the reviews, blaming it on everything you’ve been doing, rather than the fact that she rushes and doesn’t use a dehydrator. 🤷🏼♀️ So no matter what response comes back from the business under this, YOU WILL pay 80.00-100.00 for only a week long experience. Probably wont be back because i dont feel like sitting there with that energy once she feels offended. I wouldve just gotten a dehydrator and gone back… had she not LITERALLY ignored and then hung up on the friend that brought us. Like.. i was SUPER HAPPY and wouldve gone back, but i would’ve had to buy and bring a dehydrator. So.. good luck with your experience. Maybe she will start using dehydrator once she sees this🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ But these pictures are less than 2 weeks later. And you can see that my nails don’t look how they should underneath. They look JUST like when you pop off press ons 🤦🏼♀️ I HAVE TO WALK AROUND LIKE THIS BRO😭 And she wont even fit you in to soak them off and then just hangs up. 🤣 i have never experienced this. GOOD LUCK!!!! Miss “ive been doing this 30 years” didn’t even complete the process. BRO LOOK AT MY NAILS !!!!! A WEEK AND A...
Read moreI had probably one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had in my entire life. My birthday week was coming up so I decided to get a manicure and pedicure with gel french tips and they gave me a trainee who was nice but had only been working there for three months and no prior experience to working with french tips on someone. The pedicure bath was scalding hot and as soon as I put a foot in I felt like my skin was being boiled in hot water. I was shaking and the workers tried to tell me it was okay and coax me to get back in after tweaking a few things but I was afraid and had to slowly introduce myself back into the water. I was so scared of being burned again I didnt bother telling the trainee the water was cold, and the plastic liner they used kept slipping and exposing the actual tub. I sat for two hours getting a pedicure because no one helped the trainee with painting on the design until too much time had passed. Same went for my nails, and this older woman took over both times, rushing and slapping paint on and getting in all on my skin and underneath my nails. I tried to look at them before putting them under the uv light but she rushed me to cure it and said she'd "fix it later" when I mentioned I wanted a thinner tip. The uv lights smelled awful, like mold and the left one kept cutting out and flickering off. The older woman filed my nails all the way down to the nail bed to thin it out and by then I was upset and told them it was shorter than what I wanted or had arrived with. She didnt say anything and instead startes yelling to other workers and walked away. By the end with my nails and pedicure and my mom's pedicure, I spent almost $180 for nails that were uncured, seeping into my skin and messily painted on. Oh and when I came home and called to ask for a partial refund they denied everything I said and my reasonable request to refund for the...
