Kwality ice cream and bakery is located on Davis drive in Cary. It is surrounded by residential buildings as well as other business like Food lion super market, Indian grocery stores, gas station and eatery like Rajbhog and few more. The store is not easily visible from the main road but once you rich to the shopping spot, it can be seen in a line with Rajbhog, the Indian restaurant. As the name, Kwality icecream has a better quality products. They claim, they use minimum sugar in some of their chocolate flavored icecream. The other icecream made with fruits/nuts has natural fruit sugar. They do not use eggs or any animal products to add any flavor to their products. The icecream as well as other items are rich tasting but compare to the quantity thay serve, it is pricy. The store does have many choices of flavours. Besides ice creams, they do have regular milkshakes, milkshake with icecream of your choice with noodles & chia seeds calld "falooda", & pastries. The familypacks are available to take home. You shoud go with cool beg, if you are planning to buy a pack for home to avoid melting. The place is small with limited seating. The customer service is good. They do offer free tasting of as many flavors as you want. Which is sometimes confusing to choose. Due to this, 'free tasting' tricks, customer tends to buy more than one flavor to satisfy their urge!! Parking near the store is very tight in busy time. Over all it is a nice, rich tasting ice cream and worth trying. Kwality ice cream is very new, opend last June. Thay are popular for maintaining quality of...
Read moreI visited Kwality yesterday and ordered a malai kulfi with rabdi only—no basil seeds, no noodles (Falooda style) . I made my order very clear not make it falooda style and asked her to make it in a to go plate since it was only icecream slice with rabdi drizzled in top. Unfortunately, I was served exactly what I asked not to be included. When I requested a correction, the Lady refused to take the plate back and insisted that I would need to pay again for a new one.
Out of courtesy, I tried a bite—just to see if I could still enjoy it—but it was not palatable to me. When I explained again that I couldn’t eat it and asked for the correct version to be made, they outright refused unless I paid again. I then asked, “If I had handed the plate back without touching it, would you have reused it?” The staff openly said yes, in front of other customers—an alarming and completely unacceptable food safety violation.
No reputable establishment should reuse served food, even if untouched. It shows a serious lack of hygiene standards and customer care. This experience was not just disappointing—it was concerning. I will not be returning, and I would strongly advise others to be...

First visit Excited to go try the ice cream we used to taste from childhood and to share with co-workers went to pick some for a team party. The doors were not opened 20 mins past their opening time on door and website. There was no one to answer the calls either.
Second Visit: Went in the evening time. No customers over at the counter or in the building . I walked in and another customer walked in. No employee was in the counter but could hear conversations from the back Two kids were moving around with an female adult. No one acknowledged our presence. Did not greet or acknowledge our presence in any form. Browsed around waiting for them to come to the counter. Eye contacts were made but no acknowledgement. After few mins of waiting I decided to leave and when I grabbed the handle of the door they came rushing to say hi. The should learn how to treat the customers. Just the brand name would...
