There is no doubt that this is THE BEST place to leave your cat when you have to travel.

I had to board my 2 month old kitten, and they were fantastic. I was extremely nervous and the circumstances that I needed to board my kitten under were extremely unideal. The owner showed us around, and introduced us to some of the residents there. The way the other cats interacted with him, and were excited to see him, groomed him and purred told me that this was going to be a great place to leave my kitten.

They followed our feeding advice closely, and when we got our kitten back he was happy, enthusiastic and playful. It was very clear that he had a good time there!

They send you updates and are extremely helpful! We needed to extend our stay, and they were very understanding!

Their business practices are extremely honest and empathetic. They totally understand that most people don’t want to board their cat and they validated our feelings of nervousness, anxiety and so forth.

As an extremely anxious pet parent, I would only ever board my kitten here in the future. It’s the best place, hands down, especially in terms of pricing and communication.

We went out of town for a few days and this was the first time our cat had been boarded, he is an indoor/outdoor cat and is very skiddish to people other than my husband and I so I was a bit nervous at first. This place exceeded my expectations! My cat was the only cat there, so he thrived there and to my surprise not only was not scared of the owners, but cuddled with the owner! The owners were compassionate to his needs (which can be a bit ridiculous, our cat has grown up with 3 small dogs so he prefers Royal canin wet dog food over cat food) They treated him like he was their own cat. They texted us photos every day which made me at ease. You can tell the owners do this because of their love for animals. I will use this place from now on!! Unlike lots of boarding places also, I like that this is just for cats, so cats do not smell the dog smell and immediately get scared. I was shocked at how calm and comfortable my cat was there. He thrived in that environment that they were able to give to him, by giving him extra love and attention and play time and cuddles. Caddy had a great time, thank you so much!! Will definitely use anytime we go out of town...

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend MeowInn to any cat owner. I chose to board my cat, Pantalaimon (“Pan”), with them after doing research into the pet/cat boarding options in the Raleigh area, and I am so glad I did! Not only were they courteous, professional, and unbelievably affordable, but you can tell that the owners/staff genuinely care about the happiness and well-being of the cats staying there. Upon arrival, they gave me a tour of the facility, which included a lovely cat “condo” with separate eating, sleeping, and litter box areas, as well as a view of a television screen that shows live footage of birds 24/7. They also have a spacious playroom, and each pet will receive a minimum of 30 minutes of private playtime there per day. To top it off, they send you emails each morning with pictures and short status updates on your cat, which eased any worries I had over leaving Pan.
