This place and the staff were amazing. The place: very relaxed vibes. You come in and they’ll ask if you’ve been here before. We said no and they gave us a tour and explained how the self service beers worked. It really is a genius business model. Although the beers are self service they still walked around to make sure we were all set and check if we need anything. Food: We ordered pizza, wings, cauliflower bites and cheese bites. The curry wings were a favorite of the group. The flavor was amazing. The pizza was surprisingly a big portion for the price. They really take care of you there. Service/Staff: I have to share a special shoutout for the staff. I arrived early before my group showed up, at 2:15. I asked for food but they informed me the kitchen did not open until 3:30 but asked if I would like their drink service. I let them know I’m with a group and I’m pregnant so I won’t be drinking but was happy to wait. They opened the kitchen early just for me because they said they did not want me sitting there pregnant and hungry. They truly went above and beyond in their service. If I could give more stars I would. Extremely friendly. Great vibes. Great business. I...
Read moreThis was so disappointing! We came here because of Offline, and the concept is so cool. Unfortunately, the drinks are pretty overpriced, and the food is all frozen and reheated (the pizza is definitely digiorno, which is fine except that it costs an arm and a leg). I was most excited for the whiskey on tap, and that was out. My next pick was red wine, which was also out. When we checked out, we asked to split the check so we could each use our Offline credit ($15 off per person). The woman checking us out said sorry not possible. We asked again, can we please just get separate checks. And she just stared blankly and said no. It was outrageously expensive, and then after paying and still leaving a decent tip, we asked for a receipt and she said no sorry. It was kind of crazy. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Just go to another bar and get a beer and better food for...
Read moreHoppy House Taproom is an excellent spot for beer enthusiasts. The variety of beers on offer is impressive, and their innovative tap system adds a unique touch—you get to choose and pour your own beer with a simple sensor system, which enhances the overall experience. It’s a fantastic place for team outings, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This will definitely be our go-to hangout. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The food portions were disappointingly small, even when we ordered large servings, they weren’t sufficient. Additionally, on a busy evening, there was only one person managing the entire crowd, which affected service efficiency. If they could address the portion sizes and staff availability, it would elevate the experience significantly. Overall, it's a stellar place for beers, with a great atmosphere and potential...
