I love Target so much! The employees are always really helpful and are very polite and efficient when answering questions. The facility is always very clean and tidy and most of the time the store isn't too crowded so your able to get in and out pretty quickly. They do a very excellent job of organized all of their products, so even when the store is busy you are able to find what you need. Also all of the small "little stores" inside of Target are really nice as well. This target has a pizza joint, a Starbucks, and a few others. I really enjoy going to Target and then afterwards getting and Starbucks drink and chatting with some friends. In the picture I ordered a Peppermint Frappuccino (holiday drink), and I got it very quickly and it tasted very good. Love this Target!!

Poorly manage store. There are times at the store, frequently, where I will walk in and there will be three checkers, and a line of 40 people stretching down the side of the store waiting to check out. The number of times that I have walked out leaving a full basket of groceries there because the checkout line was over an hour wait, it was over a dozen. Super ridiculous they cannot spend enough of their budget on labor to check out people that want to buy things from them, really baffling.

I would give 0 stars if I could. What a horrible store and awful experience. I was mortified when I walked into this place, seeing the condition. Trashed. Merchandise strewn on the floor. Disorganized and filthy. Merchandise not in stock. Makes you wonder who would even throw merchandise on the floor to begin with. A total disgrace. Florida Targets put this one to shame. Walmart in Cary is in better shape, and that's saying a lot.

Used to be a daily shopper at this specific store. Wedding registry there and everything. Usually spend around 2-5, but that shouldn't matter.

Using a throw away account (reasons why will become apparent later.)

I (female) was in line with my male friend. Female cashier was great. Then we remarked that a display of an item was marked incorrectly. Cashier called over some male employee, and when we explained the situation he erratically went into a rant, and then called my male friend a dk. I asked, "Did you just call my friend a "dk?" And he said proudly, "Yup!" grinning like a fool. As if we were in a bar fight and not at a Target FAMILY store.

I asked to see the manager repeatedly and he refused to comply. It was like dealing with a surly teen. Paging through his magazine and uttering creepy laughs under his breath. (Apparently this man thought it was hysterical that he made a female customer cry for NO REASON.) I kept pleading with him to "Please get away from me." And like a child he kept paging through a mailer, mocking my tears, taunting me, laughing hysterically, and refusing to leave and deescalate the situation.

Cary PD, Target Sec., and the Parkwest Sec. showed up and had to get this employee to walk away from us! (Red flag.)

As soon as that happened, the male employee wasn't so big and bad anymore. He ran to a female employee who came over to beg us not to share his name with corporate. Alternating between offering a coffee (no) and giving her name instead. She even refused to give us his name for a long time, and I suspect gave us a fake name to cover for this incident.

I said we wouldn't leave without an apology, but this male employee ruined that too, by interrupting us and lying that he said "b*h" instead of "dk", which- no I confirmed with him what he said before I got upset. And one is not better than the other. Emphasis again, that we did nothing abnormal before he went off, we told them about a price marked on their signage- in a conversational tone.

This person is unhinged and should not be working with the public-especially families. It shouldn't take three different sets of police officers to get an employee away from a customer.

NOTE FROM CORPORATE: If you are treated this way: use their red phones. Target employees won't tell you this, but DO IT, and you can reach corporate on the spot. You have rights too. Target employees cannot start harassing you and call you swear words over notifying them over a marketing sign! (Note: we did not call this person any names, or try to engage him in any way, instead asking him to please leave the situation as he was making it worse, and to please get a manager to deal with this instead.)

I cannot imagine this employee dealing with actual tough customers! Good luck over the holidays. I've worked in retail management for over 15 years, and I would've fired my employee on the spot for acting this way. All employees including the supposed manager on duty seemed more worried about placating this unhinged employee than wondering why an employee would speak that way to a customer. (Hence, why I'm using a fake name.) Wouldn't give us Corporate's number until I refused to leave w/o it.

This might sound hilarious, but it was unpleasant and left me shaking and in tears for hours. I went for clothes and all I got was PTSD-like symptoms. As long as this employee is allowed to interact with customers this Target store is...

Let me start of by saying the only reason this location received 3 stars is because of the CVS Pharmacy employees they are just wonderful, very personable and informative. I pick up prescriptions regularly and have always had the most amazing experience.

However twice I had rude checkout clerks, one moved so slow the customers behind me started to crowd my husband and myself. The registers are not laid very well and the one entrance/exit makes things chaotic. On top of it being uncomfortably hot no matter what time of year it is, it is not a pleasure to shop here. On more than one occasion they had re scan my whole cart because they did not receive a rebate coupon properly.

The store itself is very well kept and always has a great selection.

Lastly I don’t know why this bothers me so much but it does...

After shopping I like to treat myself to a pizza. Every single time one is left I walk up the same time as a target employee and they take it. Today was probably the twelfth time it happened to me. This particular time really ticked me off because both employees did not handle it well. Maybe I am not clear on the rules of the Target food court but I have always grabbed my pizza box then paid... As I have watched target employee grab it as I am reaching for it, then proceed to pay. The clerk handed the employee his two dogs and rudely said I guess someone took my pizza. I handed it back to him and was just like yep it’s yours enjoy your break, as I holding my screaming 3 month old. My whole point is they need to have more pizzas prepared and have a better system so employees can eat on breaks, but maybe not take away from the quantity of the customers food. If you have had one of those delicious pizzas you would understand the emotion behind...

Overall I love Target. I would have to say the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars are just a couple of minor annoyances that would only increase the "customer experience" that I would suggest. Have the prices on your website match what they are in-store. I have to scan everything I have and if it rings up for more money I then need to go to customer service for the to match your own price? Inconvenient. Cartwheel would be better if you can scan items and it would just come off at check out instead of then having to scan the bar code along with any coupon codes. Look at BJs, they have an app where you can clip coupons/cartwheel and then tie it to your account on in your case the RedCard account and pulls in automatically. Again decreasing customer work. 14 day price adjustment. I like that you all have this option and use it when I can. Just a few days ago I went in to get a price adjustment from an item I had bought less than a week ago online and was told they cannot adjust price from online store. This disconnect from your website and in-store is frustrating from my perspective. I had to go purchase one at the new price in store and then walk over to customer service counter and return with my online receipt. Again more work for the consumer. If you have multiple people on account, i.e. husband and wife, either give them the same card # or link them so returns can be made using either card. Very frustrating to have to bring both cards if we do not have receipt because we cannot remember whose card it was on.

Anyway, just my few cents worth. Hope this is...
