WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My fiancé purchased a new ring on Sunday September 12 I was told I would receive my ring back by Friday September 17 and here it is Thursday September 16 and my ring hasn’t even been looked at for repair. I called on 3 separate occasions spoke with Doug the first time he assured me it would be back by Friday being that I was the “first one” to have my ring resized under some new bs program where the turnaround time is 5 days, spoke with Deborah 2 times and during both encounters they were dismissive, had no answers, and didn’t even care to find any. What’s so sad is that I also brought in my wedding band to be resized which is suppose to take atleast 2 weeks at minimum to return but yet it has made further progress in repair than the ring I’m suppose to pick up tomorrow. No one likes being dismissed or basically being told I don’t know when it’s their money their spending, I will NEVER return to this location for ANY PURCHASES and will NEVER refer them. I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Zales at Park West Village, 209 Village Market Place with my mom to select wedding rings, and we were fortunate to be assisted by Mr. Ernest King. From the moment we walked in, his warm and professional demeanor set the tone for a truly special experience.

I walked into Zales at Park West Village in Morrisville and immediately i was disappointed. The majority of the staff including the manager were in the corner socializing. We were not greeted immediately. When we finally were our Sales Rep did her best to try and answer our questions. She was very polite and was doing the best she could. There was a question we had that she needed clarity from her manager, I noticed he seemed bothered to be asked anything. As he is explaining to her something he never looked at us, he didn't offer any solutions or recommendations even when i had mentioned i have been a loyal customer of Zale's for many years. He barely even gave us eye contact. I'm sure if my wife and I were of a different skin color I would have received more respect. This is nothing against Zales as a organization because I have spent a lot of money at the Crabtree location with no issues. I recommend everyone take their business there.
