Went to this place In search of a wedding band for my wedding. We went to this place and saw a ring that we liked and when we told them we would come back they took our phone number and wouldn’t stop calling us. They called us about 5 times and we decided to purchase the ring from them. Here we are two weeks later and a stone fell from the band. These people now want to charge us to fix the ring when the stone fell out due to how CHEAPLY the ring was made. I’m very disappointed because they practically chased us to purchase the ring but could not fix the ring we only had for TWO WEEKS as a courtesy. I will NEVER go back to this place or recommend them to anyone due to their inability to stand behind their poorly made products. First time coming here I paid off my finance within the 90 day period. Came back second time got screwed over big time. On my recite it says my chain is 20.5 grams went snd got it weighed and was only 5 grams so they made me use my whole1760 on a chain only worth 300 dollars and from my last finance I had to bring my ring back that broke in half. They change it out saying it would keep breaking because how thin it was and offered to give me credit off.
