Shaz was our sales lady.. we purchased a new wedding ring Jan 3rd 2022 .. it needed to be sized so on the 10th Shaz called said they would need to send it off to be sized and they were making it especially for me... the ring came back Feb 14th and I picked it up the next day the 15th... that same day diamonds were falling out of the ring set... the first month and half this happened 4 times.... they made my ring crooked and spaces between my diamonds when they would "repair" it...so today another diamond fell out ..July 5th 2022.. my husband took the ring up to the store... the guy that was there was going to fix it for free...but shaz said no and wanted to charge my husband $50 for their shotty work... shaz didn't even have the respect enough to speak to my husband.. she sent messages through the guy ... if you want jewelry DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!! They get your money and do not hold any kind of pride in their work or business .. Shaz you should be ashamed of your self!! Want to give zero stars but can't!! I have proof and all and don't mind...

Their website specifically say 7 day return policy which we were within. They refused to refund and I m now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Never in my life I have been to a jewelry store that didn't honor their OWN return policy. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Not to mention the timepiece I bought didn't come with any paperwork of authenticity nor information about the diamonds in them. Which I was told I would get upon pickup since I wasn't able to take it with me the day I purchased it because they had to make adjusted to the band of the timepiece.SHADY, SHADY, SHADY and they do not stand by their word.    Read moreI purchased a pendant 2 weeks ago from this store for $300 as a gift. Paid full price in the store not financed. After 1 time wearing it in the jacuzzi it fell apart. Literally in tiny pieces. I went back to the store and explained what happened and they say it's not possible. Yet it happened. Makes no sense to either of us! They say they can't take the loss and I can choose another item and see what can be done. With the exact same item they expected me to pay an additional $175.
