Dollar Tree — Attraction in Mount Pleasant

Went to return 5 comp notebooks for my class was canceled due to weather. First lady advised, rudely, that they don't do refunds and I must but other item for exchange (no store credit either). So taking a deep breath from her rudeness I bought wedding paper with bows, ring holder, Easter blessing door sign and another item. Went to the gentleman next and I advised I'm returning these and exchanging for these. He threw my paper down so hard that it clanged against metal. Tossed my class ring holder into bag, didnt wrap it in paper like before and I politely asked did it break? Then he slid receipt for me to sign and all pens didn't work. Then went to take my prior receipt and I grabbed it first. Rudely said you don't need it and I smiled and said yes I do. Grabbed my bags, took another deep breath and walked out! I'll drive south to the other store that is in other country to avoid...

If I can give this store 0 stars I would. I already was skeptical about going in because the look of it but thought hey let me step in. I mean how different can it be. First I noticed there was a long line and 1 cashier ok maybe their short handed. So I walked around looking for Halloween items and there was literally nothing but Christmas stuff so I seen a lady stocking and figured I would ask. I walked up and a older lady was asking her where a item was. Do mind you she was elderly, the stocker couldn't even take 2 min to show her so I already knew what I was dealing with. So I asked anyway and first she rolled her eyes as I said ma'am, I laughed it off and simply asked where the Halloween stuff was and with her greT customer service skills she replied thats all they have it has been out for months. Im sorry but she needs to not be around customers who are making...

Older lady was the Cashier and she was a loud talker and she either cant hear or doesn't listen very well..She asked me twice if I wanted a receipt I said yes and she closed register and said have a good day, I asked her if I could have my receipt she says you said no you didnt want one..People in line was looking at her to because I clearly told her yes I wanted one..when I left out, some one in line said I heard you say yes and I wasn't next to you.. It's not a big deal just was kind of weird for her to be so loud and repeat her question over and over to not...
