Older white woman with bad additude working there. I walk up to the counter, I said, hello to her, and how are you? No response. Just looked at me. I said, are you doing ok?. Fine, how can I help you, she snapped with a "tone." Doesn't smile ,at all!!!Asked for sativa department to look at. Well, there all over. She says. Okkkk. No sativa department.Some of these actually get mis labeled, she quips. Then I said, yeah, and I hate it when they sometimes, completely cover the package and you can't even see the weed. Then I said, if I can't see the weed, and cant smell the weed, I don't buy the weed. Well, we don't have any control over how they label it , Sir. With more seriously negative energy. I said, not dealing with your additude. And walked out. And of course, you get the snarky, "have a nice daaayyy" from her and coworker as I'm walking out. 2nd time there. Ist time no problem, friendly service. But,Wow, today super negative energy in there. Went down and across the st a couple of blocks, and Wow, super nice, super positive energy, and they even laughed and smiled. Management really needs to make sure they have people with and an easy going, positive energy dealing with the public. I give my money to people or businesses that show their appreciation by at least being a little friendly. Or you don't belong in business. So, I'm happy to take my money down the street....

Loyal customer to the Lynnwood store. However, just recently my Lynnwood shop hasn't been on top of stocking my favorite farms they usually carry. SO thankfully my lynnwood budtender Mark called Mukilteo for me, oh and guess what!!??! They had what I was looking for... long story short, I came on over to see the awesome people's at the Kushman's Mukilteo location. God bless these bud tenders! She had my order waiting when I came thru the front door. She also did make a really awesome recommendation for some concentrate. Which I grabbed 2 grams of some yummy stuff and was on my way.

420 pm, you know what I was up to... whee!! Thank you thank you for saving my day!!

So good to know I have a solid backup if my regular dispensary can't keep it 💯 after all... stop by and check it out. Also the amazing rock garden that is all done by one of their regulars who collects local rocks and then paints them with colors and Designs that make it something to look at. Weird place. Barely any parking (4 - 5 spots), nowhere else to park. I had to wait for someone to leave so I could get a space. They keep the doors locked so you have to knock to be let in, but the "please knock" sign is lost in a sea of flyers on the door. And I'm standing there next to Mukilteo Speedway, so it's loud from the traffic and difficult to tell if I'm knocking hard enough for them to hear me.

The guy that answers the door is clearly aggravated at having to constantly run from behind the counter to open the door. He asked me for my ID in an irritated tone (my ID is out and ready). I'm uncomfortable already. I'm there for a specific product, so thankfully I don't have to be in this uncomfortable atmosphere for long.

The woman at the register tries to be nice, but it's very forced. I've never met such unhappy people in a cannabis store before. I'm not sure I'll go back...
