I will start by saying that the furniture is fairly price and looks good when there is no scratches. This is where anything good about this place stops.
I purchased a couch, bed frame, mattress, box spring, dressers, night tables and a credenza. I had them deliver the furniture directly to my house. First, the guys that delivered and assembled everything seemed to not know what they were doing... I purchased a U shaped couch and they brought two middle sections with them, leaving me without the chase lounge section of the couch for a couple of days (this was minor but still annoying). They also forgot the box spring for the mattress on this first delivery. Second, everything these 2 built, I had to go behind and tighten all of the nuts and bolts. While I was checking the bed frame, I noticed there wasn't even a bolt on one of the slats that go across the bottom. Third, there were scratches on the drawers for the dresser and the bed frame and none of the drawers on the dresser are flush.
I called FMO to let them know all of the problems and set up a time for them to deliver the correct stuff to me. I sent Beau pictures of the damage on Feb. 6. I never heard back on when the new parts would come in so I followed up on Feb. 11 and was told that they are waiting on the parts to come in so they could repair everything. After a full month, I followed up AGAIN to see when this stuff would get fixed. I never received a response to this.
On March 17 we received a call letting us know that the parts had arrived so we scheduled for them to come out that following week.
The same guys that "built" the furniture terribly in the first place was the technician. They replaced the foot board on the bed frame but brought the wrong drawer for the dresser. They also did not mention my missing bolt for the slats on the bottom. They are re-ordering the drawer and I am not even going to bring up the bolt again, I'll just repair it myself.
I waited to post this review so they could have time to correct all the mishaps but I cannot ignore it any longer. Pictures of the damages are attached.

I had a budget when going in but quickly determined the set I'd been eyeing online just simply wasnt comfy as I wanted. I decided to get a more expensive set that was more comfortable and was I ready to buy it when John showed me a set even more comfortable and was on clearance. The items were in stock so I was able to have my things delivered in 2 business days. I got the furniture and another item for less than I was going to spend getting the original set and no add-on. A nice lady also let me call the day before my delivery and add an item (I later decided on) to my order, I was able to do it over the phone. Delivery was professional, nice people and they arrived on time. Most importantly there is no apparent damage or dysfunction with my purchase nor was my house damaged. Maybe I lucked out? Who knows, but I'll definitely be back!
ETA: one star off since the one item that was not in stock that I ordered is not here as quoted. Now told it will ship a week after original quote- hopefully the new date is real as I see others too have been told one thing and shown another.
ETA: called 4 days after the second projected date and was told item would be available at a warehouse. This was after I had to call AGAIN. I specifically asked when purchasing if pickup was at the store and was told yes. After expressing this was yet another contradiction I was told at my sale I was offered a store pickup. Really people you mislead about item availability then don't even have the courtesy to let customers know the late day they arrive and then have the nerve to reroute them to another place to pickup unless they object? Read moreEdited 3/7/24 to owners response: “The useable damaged bench” This bench was not useable nor could it be resold in the store. The owner said they would just throw it away. HOWEVER, the new bench I received had a cracked leg on it so I had to end up using “the useable damaged bench” as a parts bench to fix the replacement damaged bench I received. Yes you heard that right, both benches damaged but was able to use two to make one decent one. Yes I agreed to take the table as is with the crack because the owner told me that it would retain the 1 year warranty. His “fix” to the problem was to send a technician out to glue the table. What kind of repair is that in regards to a brand new table set? It’s a hack and no way is it a way to handle business. Also, what the owner isn’t mentioning in his response to my original review is that I offered to come back to his store to purchase a coffee table and 6 chairs if he were to do his due diligence and swap the cracked table for me. His response was, “I can’t do that because I can’t have a store full of furniture that people return.” Of course I am upset, but this is anybody’s natural response to feeling wronged, mislead, and not taken care of. Stand behind the furniture you sell.
Original review: I would not recommend buying from this store. Read the fine print on your receipt regarding warranty and return. Our table we got was cracked on the bottom. The bench was damaged.
