The store seems nice. I give the store 5 stars. The selection four stars. But the employees 0 stars for Customer Service & Sales skills. They do keep the store clean & well stocked though. One of their employees the short one had a attitude acted like I was a imposition asking questions. The other tall guy was nice initially had been a proactive salesperson. But then acted like restocking was more important than me. If not for employees attitude I might’ve bought sunglasses. Went to Torrid and bought some there instead. So sad have been buying Oakley sunglasses for decades. You lost a family that bought several pairs every so often for decades. Though they used to have lifetime warranty on their Sunglasses. Used to mail them in for repair. They don’t anymore only come with a year or two depending on price. When I mentioned the lifetime warranty the clerk told me I was wrong. Not a good thing to say to a customer that is considering potentially purchasing something expensive.
Ended up later finding an older pair of Oakley sunglasses on a auction for much less than the new ones are. Plus the pair I bought are vintage. The vintage pair it’s instantly apparent they used to have much better craftsmanship. Probably used to be handmade here or in Japan. Now probably mass machine manufactured on a mainland where everything else is made nowadays with little to no...
Read moreThis was my first time buying from your store and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I drove two hours just to visit this location because I was genuinely excited to shop there. I'm training for my first marathon and wanted to buy a pair of your sunglasses. Sadly, the visit was incredibly disappointing. The two young employees working that day were unprofessional and made me feel very unwelcome. I was the only customer in the store, yet it took them a while to even acknowledge me. When I asked for help, they acted annoyed and uninterested, and one of them even suggested I just order online.
What made things worse is that one of the employees actually took my personal phone out of my hand and started searching the Oakley website from my device. As someone who’s a germaphobe, that was absolutely disgusting, not to mention incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. I had to drive two hours back home feeling disappointed and replaying how uncomfortable and unpleasant those interactions were. I won’t be returning to...
Read moreOakley is a great brand with awesome people, that being said stay away from the stout guy with tattoos on his arms...Do your self a favor go to Park City instead, they treat you like family.
Brought in some brand new glasses that accidentally had mismatched nose piece. Immediately without any talk he took them and told us reasons why he couldn't do anything about it, and that the recipt does not matter unless you have a box. We didn't want to return it, far from it. Eventually a different employee came up took one look and said I'll be right back, he came back with with a correct nose piece. All I originally wanted.
For the record the glasses were bought less than a week ago, and every Oakley I've talked to about this issue has said come on in and we'll take care of...
