We ordered a section during their Veterans Day sale in November 2023. We were told one of the pieces we ordered was on a 2 week back order. So we decided to wait. We got a call trying to deliver our sectional and we explained to dispatch and our sales guy Mike (Nampa, ID location) that we wanted to wait until all the pieces came in. They said it would be a few more weeks and that we would get a call when everything came in. We weren’t in a hurry so no problem. We called Mike a couple times over the months checking in to see if there was any updates and we were given a few different dates. Again, we waited. Yesterday (04/05/2024) we got a text saying our sectional was ready for delivery. We got rid of our old couch and waited for delivery. Today 04/05/2024 when the delivery guys showed up we counted the pieces and said we were short one. They called dispatch and were told the piece is still on back order and won’t be in until the middle of this month. We told them we didn’t want a portion of our order, to take it back, and redeliver it when all the pieces were there. After 5 months, we are still waiting. Now we don’t even have a couch and won’t for who knows how long. To say we are frustrated and completely disappointed with what has happened is an understatement. Despite the warranty that came with it, they would not repair, replace, or offer credit for it. I was ignored. Thanks for taking my money and giving me a lemon. I will NEVER return. *Update - Since posting this review, I was contacted by both the store manager and the national customer service. The national customer service reps were rude. They had no interest in helping me at all. They acted as if they were being inconvenienced by my phone call. This is after I posted my review and was directed to them to "make things right." Read moreWe bought a sectional sofa for around $1500 and loved the way it looked and felt. It is very comfortable and meets all our needs. We purchased the extended Warrenty to be safe and after only 11 months the couch needed to be replaced because the stitching came apart in multiple places. I know it wasn’t real expensive but we expected it to last longer the that. They actually replaced all 3 pieces which we loved. That was in January and already in May now the seams on the new one are doing the same. They won’t replace it however because the Warrenty is only good on the original. Once you use it you loose it. So now I’m doing outside repairs but I can’t because even the store doesn’t know who the manufacturer is. It is impossible for me to even purchase fabric to have the repairs made myself.
