The STIL — Attraction in Nampa

This was one of the coolest concepts. I loved the atmosphere, I could tell it was gonna be good based off the line wrapped around the building while I was eating at Holy Cow across the street. Wonderful experience - walked in off the street to a friendly face, who navigated our questions about food dyes (their ice cream is dye-free!) and other allergens with a smile and desire to get answers. She even sent a text to their suppliers to see if one of their ice creams had an ingredient that my wife was sensitive to. Once we had chosen, we were very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend for taste, friendly service, a clean, well-lit store, and reasonable pricing. We have 2 dairy free people in my family so I was excited they had dairy free options however most of those also contained tree-nuts (another allergy) Which left them only with sherbert a bit sad.

However the coconut ice cream was super tasty and creamy, and when finding out it had nuts the staf gave the sherbert on the house.

Very good customer service, I hope they get more dairy free nut free options...
