When it comes to Bigham Jewelers i only have 2 words. THE BEST! I just got back from visiting my parents and was out doing some shopping with my mother and stopped in at Bighams. Ro greeted us when we walked in. The store is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and helpful.I was interested in a watch. ro introduced me to Dan Kelly and we spoke for a while . I have been collecting watches now for several years .Dan felt like he knew what I was looking for and produced a stunning watch that I instantly fell in love with. Ro was showing my mother some very nice necklaces while I was being helped by Dan. I snuck back the next day and was met by a very lovely young lady and had a fantastic conversation with before I purchased the diamond necklace she liked for her birthday and the watch Dan had shown me. They have so many beautiful pieces. I wish they were closer to where I live but whenever I visit Naples I will be stopping by to see them. I was so very lucky to stop in and met some wonderful people and came away with 2 stunning pieces that words can not express my gratitude. Thank You Kieran Kennedy
Just came back from another fabulous visit at Bighamâs . I love the store and the people that work there they make everyone feel so special. I brought a friend with me and even though I had explained to him how special the stall was and he was shocked when I walked in how many of the representatives came over to greet me and say hi . Once Dan was freed up from dealing with another customer he made his way over and help me with another watch purchase . I wasnât sure what I wanted but Dan was able to help me choose the right piece and I am thrilled with my purchase . I feel so lucky to have found this incredible jeweler I came down from Boston and I look forward to every time I...
Read moreI took three watches into Bigham, in October. A manâs Omega, a gold ladies omega and a ladies Cartier. Total value: around $14,000, to have them repaired. I have had an extremely disappointing, expensive and frustrating experience with their service department, from start to finish. The manâs watch took over three months to come back. When I collected the ladies Omega, I was told, that the MSNâs watch was done and would be in in the next few days - it then took another 10-days. My Cartier, which went in for a new battery, came back and seemed okay. It lasted about about six weeks and the new battery gave up! I took it back in and they âsent it off to get it checkedâ when it finally came back I was told. âSorry. It really needs a service. We donât do those. Iâll give you the name of a place that can do itâ they showed me a picture - apparently the inside of my watch. This showed âdamageâ I asked why they had taken the watch, put a new battery in (allegedly) and not noticed the âdamageâ. The assistant didnât know. I was without that watch for weeks and nothing has been done. The manâs watch took forever. The excuse there was that âthey needed to parts from Switzerlandâ when I pointed out that theyâd told me that they were sending the watch to Switzerland for repair, when I left it with them, and anyway, I was pretty sure that Switzerland had over-night shipping. That was a feeble excuse, I was told it âjust takes that long because they are busyâ I was charged $1,200 for three repairs and that included my âfreeâ battery that doesnât work!! Not one of the three watches had been set correctly and the service department didnât seem to understand why I wanted them ACCURATE! What a shambles! I wonât be going...
Read moreAll my life I have wanted a RolexâŚ. ever since I was a young man. It was just never the right time to make the commitment to such a purchaseâŚ.tuition for 3 kids(grammar school, high school and college), a mortgage, etc. Here we are 25 years later and I find myself thinking about it often. I visited 3 locations. I dress nice (polo and shorts) wear a nice timepiece (Breitling) and go into my first store (Tourneau Waterside) and I have never been so looked down upon. I dealt with a woman who visibly eyed me up and down, including my watch. From the moment she opened her mouth to speak with me it was clear she didnât want to âwasteâ her time on me. I left thinking how can you ever get a Rolex if you donât own a Rolex. However I continue my search. I walk into Bigham Jewelers, I was greeted almost immediately by Carol. She was warm and friendly. She took the time to educate me on the process of acquiring a Rolex. There were only a few preowned pieces to view, she told me demo timepieces would be in within weeks and she would call me for a showing. A few weeks later I receive a call the demos are in and I schedule a time. What a pleasurable EXPERIENCE, Carol made my first Rolex purchase a production. We spent over an hour on models and options. I ordered my timepiece and left with a tremendous smile on my face. Thank you Carol and thank you Bigham Jewelers. i cannot wait to get...
