Didnt have a chance to go, I sent them an email asking if they had hybrid lashes to wich they replied yes we do, call to make an appointment, so I was a little confused, you dont explain anything, no info, no price, but yet you want me to call to make an appointment, I write back saying that I dont even know the prices and their response was literally "they are on the website" thats it, nothing else, so I wrote back to see if they could send me the prices on an email because I couldnt find them online and they never replied. The reason im giving 2 stars is because this is the WORST customer service ive ever had, they gave me no information and didnt seem to want to help me with my questions, they must be pretty busy if they treat potential new customers like this. Just like you dont have time to reply emails, I dont have time to call and go over everything over the phone. You souldnt be so defensive like in the last email you sent me, you should own your mistakes and learn from them, not everybody is going to leave a good review and if you dont like that you should re think having a business. I was never rude, I only treated you the same way you treated me :) and no, I would never fit in a place with this kind of customer service, fighting with people because they didnt give a 5...

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Dorothy is always professional and does a fantastic job with my lashes. Even when I've had Maria it was outstanding! Not sure what Christine's problem was in a recent post that left Vintage a 1 star. Very disappointing to see a 1 time client leave such a nasty review!! Dorothy has worked tremendously hard to establish her clientele and to have this ridiculous review from Christine is NOT right! If you're not happy with the results, be honest with her right then and there and she will fix it ASAP! Dorothy is the most caring and hard working person. She and Maria provide their clients with exceptional results in which I am eternally grateful !! Keep up the great work...

I have been going to Vintage Lashes for over 3 years now. Dorthy and her staff have been nothing but kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products they use. I always hear horror stories about the difference allergic reactions people get from either the glue our the under eye pads. Not once have I had a problem, and I have extremely sensitive eyes. I can’t tell you how many people have commented on how natural my lashes look, yes even the volume set!! Thank you Dorothy for making me...
