We had an awful experience the other day. We brought in an extremely expensive blanket to be cleaned that was practically brand new. It had one stain from the cat (reason for getting it cleaned) we dropped it off on a Saturday and were told it wouldn't be ready until the following Saturday. Which was fine. The following Saturday came we received no call to be told it was ready so we decided to give them until Monday. When we arrived Monday we presented our slip and were told they have no record of what we dropped off to be clean. Once we told them they could not locate our blanket. After the manager scattered around looking for it we were informed that it was found under someone's dirty wool blanket and would need to be cleaned again. There were no apologies for what had happened. Later that day We were told it was ready so we returned to pick up our blanket. When we arrived we were told our name was not in the system once again. After this employee located our blanket she proceeded to drop our blanket on the floor 3 times while trying to bag it. Upon returning home we had realized there were new stains that weren't on the blanket when we dropped it off. We contacted the supervisor to explain what had happened. His name was Ken. He told us that when you clean a blanket sometimes new stains can appear. The blanket was brand new and has been in a cover since coming out of the bag. Still no apologies. He was very rude talking to us like we were idiots. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at any establishment. We will never use their services again and advise you to do the same. They were unprofessional unapologetic and not willing to admit...

I'd really go here to go to the market basket out of the major brand grocery stores in the area they are basically the best of the quality might not be up to the standing of say yeah whole foods but let's just say the prices aren't that high either I think the prices are definitely the best in the area for the major brands out there their produce as easily as good as anybody else including whole foods there's seafood that could be a little bit sketchy at times I think they're lobsters and clams are excellent actually they're the best in the business in that area but the vendor that they get their fish from there are times I do not like the fish and I'll be perfectly honest about that I think sometimes a fish definitely does not look fresh but like I said if you're getting clams and lobsters and mussels they're easily the best ones out there nobody can beat him in that are in the prices are always the best as well to these guys run a very tight ship treat the employees very well and a lot of people remember the big issue that happened a few years ago with the one brother trying to buy out the business it was nice to see him caring about his employees rather than looking at them is nothing more than numbers The Good very well-run company and I'll tell you I'll tell you I shop there all the time basically every day you can...

The Somerset Plaza has great grocery shopping 🛒 at Market Basket. This location is clean, brightly lit, very well stocked and the employees are pleasent. If you prefer not to wear a mask and can go without wearing a mask if this location. There is some fun shopping to be had at Hobby Lobby as it is filled with tons of supplies for arts + crafts projects. The store is brightly lit and the merchandise is displayed in an attractive fashion. If you're looking for an item that's very difficult to find, I suggest asking 2 seperate store employees if that item is available if you're having trouble locating it. For instance, if 1 tells you they don't carry it, or that they don't know where it would be placed in the store and you really need something ask another employee. I say this because there was something I was trying very hard to find and asked a pleasent young woman if they carried the item. She told me they did not. However, low and behold, around the next corner I took, I found it! They also carry decorations, furniture, stationary supplies, + candles etc. They even have some unusual, but very yummy candy 🍭 🍬 in the checkout aisles.
