I spoke with manager Allison at the Cool Springs store. Allison was very warm and accepting over the phone. She inspired me to write a review of the wonderful experiences I have had in Green Hills. I’ve shopped multiple times at Green Hills. I’ve always left looking forward to my next visit. At Green Hills I have worked with Amanda, Jillian, Andrea, and Sydney. Great selection but poor customer service! Employees just remember that not everyone that enters your store is shopping for themselves. So. Just because I was looking at sizes that would not fit me does not mean that I think that it should. I was shopping for my niece not myself. I clearly know what size I wear and need no help from a young lady to tell me that’s not my size. Management please step up your game and don’t allow employees to judge someone’s because of their size. I will come back when in Nashville and hope to find wonderful...

Frank & Awilda -we recently were in Nashville and stayed in the East Side. My girlfriend came upon their shop as the window displays caught her eye. The staff, specifically Jess was very kind, professional and extremely helpful. Her warm and wonderful personality was so refreshing as she was attentive to my girlfriend.
