I have been a member at Boothcamp for 3.5 years now and cannot imagine being a member anywhere else (despite all the other class style gyms I have tried with friends around town). One of the things I love most about Boothcamp is the amazing membership community they have built and maintained over the years. The coaches at Boothcamp are also some of best people I've ever worked with. They are kind, knowledgeable, diversly trained and certified... and they all have their own unique killer playlists. The BC coaches really know how to motivate and push members to their own unique limits, while still making sure they are safe, comfortable, and pain/injury free. If you have a personal health/wellness goal you are working to achieve, just talk to them (they are all super approachable and eager to help) and they'll make sure you're setup on a path to success.
One thing I really appreciate about BC and their programming is that each day's class is always different and unique. It keeps things fresh and exciting, and I always look forward to seeing what new challenges are in store for us.
