I visited the Bal Harbour Shops Pop-Up in Mt Pleasant SC today. The Tiffany & Co store and staff were wonderful. Very friendly and eager to show you the beautiful pieces they had on display. I also loved the Dolce & Gabbana store. I bought a beautiful candle from there. The colors are so deep and rich on the porcelain vessel. The associate had a tough time getting a credit card machine to work. Took 3 different machines before 1 of them worked. He kept apologizing for the delay. I decided to eat lunch while there. There was a 15-minute wait for a table, which was not bad as it was a little busy. I received my food before the table next to me even had their order taken by anyone and they were seated before me. It made me feel bad for them as they were so nice and patient. The She Crab soup was a creamy tomato base that arrived pipping hot but very little crab in it. Cesar salad was crisp and fresh, but could have used a tad more dressing in my opinion. I added shrimp to the salad which were delicious. I ordered the Chocolate Torte for dessert and that was the best part of the meal. Overall concept is good but some bugs in the system that should not be there since this has been in other cities already. I don't think they should make you give all your information before they let you in. Had I known this in advance, I may not have even made the trip to shop.

Gwynn's in Mt. Pleasant has a lot of the same high-end items and more. (They even have Hermes Birkins) The customer service Gwynn's provides is the best in Mt Pleasant and the Charleston area......plus they don't make you sign up either before ...

My mom and I visited the Greenville SC location today. Interesting that they ask for your name and email address when you check in… although we were blown away by the customer service. Trey at Santa Maria Novella was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the company and answered all of our questions. The women at Tiffany & Co were very sweet especially the woman from NC. Louis at the Whitman was very attentive and personable. The food did not disappoint! You can tell he really enjoys his job.
