The Tea Room — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I recently visited pH Craft Cocktails with high expectations but left thoroughly disappointed. The first letdown was the overpriced menu. The cost of the food was utterly disproportionate to the quantity served. I felt like I was paying for the ambiance rather than the actual culinary experience.

The service, unfortunately, matched the lackluster quality of the food. The staff seemed disinterested, and getting their attention was a task in itself. It took an excruciatingly long time to place orders, and when the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming at best. The bartender were indifferent, showing no eagerness to enhance our dining experience. The bartender was no attentive and often who not answer my questions. The automatic gratuity is probably the reason she was so comfortable providing mediocre service.

I gave them three stars because of the decor and the music. The DJ was on it!

PH Cocktails, unfortunately, fell short of my expectations, and I won't be returning. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that offer better value for money and a more enjoyable dining experience. Save your hard-earned money and explore...

This was my first time here, but I absolutely love this place, for a Young Lady turning 50 this year and still a lil saucey this place was perfect. The atmosphere was on point. It was very laid back giving me chill vibes. The crowd was also pretty cool with everyone kinda in their own vibe zone for their age group. The Music was also chill and different from the norm. It’s really hard finding a place that’s upscale and reasonably priced for the grown and sexy to jus vibe and listen to good music having drinks, but this place had everything I have been looking for. Also, the fact that it is (Black Owned) is a Bonus. With that being said please check them out if your grown and sexy, because I promise you will not be disappointed. Its laid back and not overcrowded, especially with Covid out here it’s just right. If you like me you wanna either top your night off here or get it started with this kinda vibe. I visited for the first time. The DJ was spinning them! Super live and upbeat. He mirrored the vibe the remaining time I arrived ! He was attentive to his audience regarding karaoke, and opportunities to dance all together. The bartenders were not as attentive or aware but I believe it may be due to the influx of guests coming and going at a time. I love love love the card games in the tables (UNO and Playing cards for spades) If they are able to sharpen the customer service, I believe this location would be a winner winner!
