I discovered Judith Bright while on a trip to Nashville. I love that the pieces are hand-made with a personal touch and I like how elegant the style is. I bought three bracelets to stack and several stacking rings, that have fallen off and gotten lost over time, sadly. I now want to replace my pieces, but I have one small issue keeping me from pulling the trigger again: Since my bracelets got caught on various things that caused them to get lost, I have a hard time paying full price for a replacement.
I REALLY hate that any discounts offered are only on specific items and never the ones I want. Just some advice- if offering even a 10% discount is still profitable and would increase purchase volume, why not offer it on all items (like 10% today only on all orders) on special occasions to increase overall purchases, rather than limiting it to certain items that aren’t appealing to most? Maybe this tactic is part of your strategy, and discounts wouldn’t increase overall profit in higher volumes, but if not the case, you’re missing out on a lot of sales I’m sure because people pull the trigger when they get a deal. I would have already replaced all my bracelets and rings and also probably bought a necklace to match had there been any discount available in the last year, but instead I’m shopping other products while I wait. It’s hard to pay full price to replace jewelry, even if I love it, while seeing discount after discount offered on “heart shaped jewelry”, for instance.
