Una estafa. Ridiculously overpriced. The most expensive botanica I’ve been to. You can get more than half of their products in other places like Walmart, Amazon, Etsy, Home Depot, and literally anywhere else it cost less money. Here are examples of their prices: 21 escalera priced at $24 online and even that’s a lot, at this place it is $39.00, omg. Books priced at $18.99 which are far more than the publisher’s retail price, that is illegal to do by the way. A bottle of 1800 cologne $24.99, I bought the exact one in New York for $9.99. Gourd bowls cost $14.99, way too much. The list goes on and on. I even saw a woman try to return or exchange a defective candle. They lied to her and the woman working there said she would call to enquire about that, she blatantly lied, and said the person she is trying to reach might be in the mountains, so no reception, bullcrap! She than asked for the customer to return next week. Right, so the lady would lose interest in dealing with the matter and waste her gas too, are you joking me.Terrible customer service. I also was personally overcharged for already overpriced items. This store is money hungry and materialistic, the people running it are nowhere near spiritual, just charlatans taking advantage of those who need spiritual help. Just gross and what comes around goes around. Nothing built on greed ever last.

Follow up to owner’s response: All of what they are saying is to misdirect everyone from what I was stating originally. It doesn’t change the fact that they are extremely overpriced. Also, to take into consideration is the fact that they don’t allow photography, that is very suspicious. My theory is they don’t want their prices to be known before you arrive. There are many other botanicas far cheaper. If people are smart they won’t waste their money at this place. This store is a perfect example of preying on people’s beliefs and using it to profit. If the prices were reasonable than I would most likely not need to post this, make sense right.Yes, I do post other reviews to bring awareness to others so that they don’t suffer the same. My intentions are not on review here because I don’t make money from others, simple as that. This establishment should really look at its motives, they have religious statuary but it’s all a show. A prime example of cashing in on spirituality, makes other businesses and the spiritual community look bad. Again stay away and save your hard earned money.
