I bought an Xbox Series S mistaking it for the latest one. I realized this after opening the box. I wanted to return it but because I opened the box they won't accept the return even when it's brand new and has never been used. Good to know that's how the loving Nex views military members, they won't accept refunds just because the box was opened even when it's brand new and bought less than a day ago. waste of $300. To top it off one of the staff was rude and when I called them out on their behavior they shrunk into their shell and awkwardly mumbled and argued to herself for the majority of the time I was trying to get refunded. Read moreI bought a pair of boots on a Wednesday, tried them on when I got home and realized I got the wrong size. I returned them by Friday. I was first told that boots could not be returned. After 10 minutes of back and forth and asking to see the NEX refund policy, I was told I could exchange for a different size. After another 5 minutes of refusing to a swap I was allowed to return for a refund. I was told "Ill do it this time but in the future, be more responsible."
The NEX refund policy is 45 days after purchase and is on the back of every receipt. Don't let these people try to screw you out...
