Come on Arlington! You spent all of this money to build this facility and you don't keep it in working condition? Why close the park so early if you aren't going to maintain it? The two practice walls are in need of repair. The nets on the regular courts are loose. The locks on the fences to the courts both practice and regular courts are broken. Only one of the water fountains at the courts is working. The one to fill bottles hasn't been working for months. What gives?? Instead of building more and more new facilities, try maintaining the ones we already have. Pay for workers to maintain the facilities.

You have an expensive outdoor television telling about all the scheduled things on the courts and in the park but can't maintain the most basic facilities. You charge $20 to reserve courts online. Where is that money going??? Let's hope you respond and remedy this situation. In summary: Fix water fountains Repair practice courts Fix gate locks Fix net cords Justify charging $20 to reserve courts without investing back into TENNIS NOT PICKLEBALL but ...

While visiting the museums in the area I decided to use the park as a center of operations. One museum opened at 10 AM and the other opened at 1 PM. So I had lots of time between. This park is wonderful. It has tennis courts, baseball diamonds, lots of shade, lots of playgrounds, water foundations, and the best restrooms I have seen in public park. They have A/C! Also lots of parking lots, close to the library, and its free wi-fi! Lots of people enjoying it too. They also had dog runs for the good boys. And it looks like some public or private gardens. Lots of places to sit down and read or have a meal. ...

What a vibrant park. There always seems to be something going on. From B-ball to soccer to tennis to folks having an excercise class. It's lovely to see a community park so well used. The grounds are clean and well kept. Even the restrooms were clean! It was wonderful to see all the families enjoying their day at the park. Even the dogs were having a great time! Kids bored? Take them to Highlands Park so they can run around and be kids! Tired of sitting at home? Take a brisk walk thru the park. Get some fresh air. Enjoy the scenery. Just get out there! You...

Was a nice free park. I forgot to take a picture of the playground but it has wings and slides. Good for toddlers. Plenty of parking. Some parents brought their own chairs. And food is permitted. There are a lot of bugs flying around probably because of the water. The water did smell like pool/ chlorine water. I liked that . The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the parking said 2 how max and i saw the meters.

Great spot in the middle of a bunch of buildings. Shaded, clean, and safe. It is downright glorious during the fall. There are team sport areas for soccer and softball. There are also a set of tennis courts. We love the fact that there is a splash pad and a toddler play area that’s gated. We also like that it’s next to a library.
