I have a big complaint against Crumbl cookie. I’ll come in there today which is Monday. I just left there around 8 o’clock. I asked for who is the manager the lady with the dreads claim that she was the manager she had a nasty attitude walk to the other girl and going to ask her what was that complaining about now all I asked the girl is for some tape That she mumbled something under her breath because I came in and I was letting her know last time that I was there, my cookies was crumbled up inside the box That’s not what you call customer service. Grand opening day at pentagon city. Waited in line 1hr and some change lol. 1st time trying. I was excited. I was given a synopsis of the types of cookies and ask what I like before purchasing by Ezekiel. Man oh man I must say the cookies are freshly hot bake, soft and chewy. Being a longtime buyer of Crumbl cookies, I don't get them often anymore, but wanted to buy them for myself and a friend who was celebrating a birthday; for the first order, I purchased four cookies and one special birthday cookie. The special birthday cookie was incorrect as were two of the cookies in the four box; the store employee who picked up the phone seemed short and, upon giving me the email to contact the store, I have yet to receive a response.
