We had the pleasure of visiting Coffee Crossing in New Albany over Thanksgiving, and it was truly a standout experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The coffee? Absolutely fantastic—each cup was rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection.
After our first visit, we loved it so much that we ended up going every day during the week—sometimes twice a day! What really made this place special was the personal touch. By our second visit, the staff not only remembered us but also knew our orders by heart. It felt like being welcomed into a hometown coffee shop, where you’re not just a customer, but part of the community. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and unforgettable.

I sadly did not get their name, but they made the visit very lovely due to them being so...
Read more100/10 the BEST coffee shop in New Albany. The staff is A1 and always on point. I love the coffee but seeing their wonderful staff is truly a highlight of my day every single time. Lobby and seating is always clean. Very nice bathrooms that are always tidy and contrary to the recent review I just read, they do have working, locking doors(they are just heavy doors and need to be pulled closed properly). I would recommend stopping in and trying the blended white Moose or blended turtle. Cheese danish is also super tasty. Best of all, it’s a local business and I want to support that any day over a giant corporation. Love love love my...
