Went to get a coffee and a mug from the cafe, when we placed our order I placed the mug I was planning to buy on the counter and the barista asked if I would like my drink in it after washing it. I of course loved the idea and was glad the barista asked if I wanted that because it made the drink extra delicious and the lovely barista did some cute latte art. Of course, I took a picture for my Instagram too, my whole few followers needed to know about my caffeine fixations and the same barista apologize for there being crumbs from someone else's order on the counter and wanted to move it out of the background of the photo. I sadly did not get their name, but they made the visit very lovely due to them being so attentive and sweet.

This location is so cute and right in the middle of all the great stuff in downtown NA. It’s set back just a little bit from Main Street so you don’t necessarily see it until you’re right on it. There’s only about 4 parking spots in front but there is tons of street parking in the area. The staff is always super friendly. They have great (and fresh!) little desserts as well. The coffee is the best I’ve ever had. Nobody’s coffee even comes close to being as good as Coffee Crossing.

Charming coffee shop and cafe nestled into downtown New Albany area. I love that the space has an industrial-ish feel but let’s in a lot of natural light - it’s a great spot to come and work/have a small meeting. It’s got incredible views of the river/bridge as well. They’ve also got a really neat upstairs loft that I’m sure on request you could book for a meeting. And of course... the espresso was great - my Double macchiato was delicious!

We had the pleasure of visiting Coffee Crossing in New Albany over Thanksgiving, and it was truly a standout experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The coffee? Absolutely fantastic—each cup was rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection.

After our first visit, we loved it so much that we ended up going every day during the week—sometimes twice a day! What really made this place special was the personal touch. By our second visit, the staff not only remembered us but also knew our orders by heart. It felt like being welcomed into a hometown coffee shop, where you’re not just a customer, but part of the community. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and unforgettable.

Supporting small businesses like Coffee Crossing is such a joy. They’ve created a space where you can savor great coffee, enjoy friendly service, and feel right at home. We’ll...

100/10 the BEST coffee shop in New Albany. The staff is A1 and always on point. I love the coffee but seeing their wonderful staff is truly a highlight of my day every single time. Lobby and seating is always clean. Very nice bathrooms that are always tidy and contrary to the recent review I just read, they do have working, locking doors(they are just heavy doors and need to be pulled closed properly). I would recommend stopping in and trying the blended white Moose or blended turtle. Cheese danish is also super tasty. Best of all, it’s a local business and I want to support that any day over a giant corporation. Love love love my...
