I went and saw Chloe the first time I went here, I was looking for someone to do my full head of highlights to start the process for the blonde I was trying to achieve for my wedding day. I posted on MONB and Chloe reached out. I explained my budget price and she did my hair quickly and professionally. It was everything I wanted. She got me in the chair on time and highlighted my big head, in about 2 hours I was done and home. Fast forward a month or so later, i went and booked with another individual for the second time. (Chloe wasnât available) Asked for the same thing, I DID NOT GET THE SAME THING! THE YOUNG LADY WAS LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I SAT IN THAT CHAIR FOR 5 HOURS! I DIDNT GET A FULL HEAD OF HIGHLIGHTS, (not sure what I got) MY HAIR IS YELLOW, AND DEFINITELY NOT WEDDING READY! I REFERRED MY SISTER AND SHE WAS DISAPPOINTED IN HER HAIR AS WELL, 190 for a partial is super expensive, 165.00 for my âhighlightsâ is reasonable but the result was disappointing. UPDATE 1/07/22: the manager called me to follow up and asked what happened. I explained everything and you guys, they took care Of me and my sister!!!!! They got me in today (third time) asked what happened and what I was looking for. Turn out It wasnât the blending what was wrong with my hair, it was the toner. (They added like 4 foils) They toned me and I couldnât be more happier! The person who did my hair last was there and helped redo my hair along with kara, Kari and Payton. All these ladies are sooo sweet and made me feel amazin!!!! Guess 3 times is a charm. 1000000/10 definitely...
Read moreI havenât cut my hair in two years (it was just a trim) and for two years before that because Iâve been so scared of change! đ± I kept putting layers upon layers of black box dye on my hair because that was all I was comfortable with doing. Finally decided to stop with the box dye and grow it out. But you could see the harsh fade line from the dye and it was making me even more self conscious due to my anxiety and self-esteem issues. Mercedes talked me through everything and helped me realize what needed to be done to make my hair healthy again. Finally, I decided to overcome my fear and Mercedes made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. Not gonna lie, I might have cried when I heard the first snip but Mercedes was there the whole time and reassured me the whole way! 12 inches shorter, and a lot blonder, I am finally happy with the way I look. Also, Iâm having less headaches due to removing all that weight đ I really needed a drastic change in my life and Mercedes helped me achieve just that and become more comfortable with myself again! Thank you so much Mercedes for all you have done! I will always keep coming back to you! Also, I just gotta say thanks to everyone at The Fixx, yâall are so nice and really care about...
Read moreMy stylist was SUPER sweet and took me as a walk-in, but after getting home I realized how unblended my cut was even for a wolf/shag cut. I was hoping I could simply style it at home, thinking it would work but I cried instead. I decided to wash it instead, praying that getting the film of the treatment that I paid extra for out of my hair and letting my natural curl pattern do it's thing to see if it would settle but the layers are so blunt in some parts it's impossible. It doesn't look as though a razor was used at all to blend/taper and my bangs look nothing like the reference photo of one of my old cuts that I used. After washing, I realized just how short it had really been cut and how it was thinner vs when it was just blow dried.
I know that my hair is thick and I came in during the evening, but I really wish some extra time and care had been taken on this cut after spending $100 dollars for a cut, treatment, and no styling. I left feeling somewhat rushed but wanted to trust the process. My Uber driver even expressed their shock at how much I'd just paid for my hair to "look like that". I'm not worried about having the cut redone as I don't want to risk any more length or a refund, but I'm at a loss as to what to...
