Santella Electric — Local services in New Canaan

Finally I found an electrical company that takes the time to listen to my concerns. As a seasoned customer, safety is as much of as concern as function. Tony, the senior electrician, and his protege Nick, seemed to get this notion immediately. Clearly, well seasoned in their electrical expertise, the consultation and assessment went smoothly. Both men went the extra mile with an electrical dilemma that concerned me for sometime. Prompt and efficient, there were no surprises. Prices were given for needed work and the ability to approve or dispute the work. As all things that were suggested are needed, these two men will return to do that work. Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review for Santella. While we were originally happy with the service they provided, we have since learned that we have water leaking into our main electric service panel with every rain storm. Santella has come out to try to isolate the issue, but because they cannot determine where the problem is in the work they provided, their only solution was for us to pay them again to re-do the job they did incorrectly in the first place.

We had a fantastic experience with Santella. Tony came to our house and was incredibly knowledgable, professional, and friendly. He not only knew exactly what to do, he also consulted me for decisions about how to position all my new fixtures and outlets. As a person who really cares about the details and aesthetic, I appreciated that more than I can say.
