I've had a couple of very bad experiences renting there. The Ladies / owners are helpful when you are renting stuff, but when you return stuff they turn absolutely BIPOLAR. They are rude, they yell at you (in person and on the phone) and are DISRESPECTFUL and COARSE to customers. I returned a pair of boots (that where in perfect condition but just had dust - that you could remove with a wet cloth - in them) and a plastic cape that was just wrinkled (because I was transporting it in a plastic bag) and the woman at the counter defied me and was OFFENSIVE and RUDE. This has happened 3 times. I'm impressed they still have business. Smartly enough I stood there quiet to get my money back. Sadly this offensive and disrespectful behavior ruined my day.
